person on the phone was pushy, condescending. and refused to honor a discount on previous quote. His language on the miles and charges was misleading at first. I am in sales and understand that at most part this will be written off as just a grumpy customer which I assure you is not the case. I needed the camper for a specific reason and see no other options so I agreed.

Paid ~$4,000 for an RV honeymoon with Cruise America and received an old, malfunctioning vehicle. No gas (couldn’t cook), no working fridge (lost $500 in food), no heating (froze at -8°C), and faulty water indicators causing constant stops. Instead of a honeymoon, we dealt with ongoing issues and canceled plans. Customer service was unhelpful, and their response was that the RV was “operational”, offering just $300 compensation. This was not a functioning RV- just a vehicle for driving. Very disappointing experience. Think twice before booking.

Dave was very professional, patient and thorough. He worked hard to help us find a way to make our trip work- as it was complicated since we were doing drop off in another location. His brainstorming and assisting us with options s was a game changer. He even got back with us a couple times to e sure this would work. This is customer service at its finest! We didn’t rent the motor home due to unsecured parking and the condition of the camper. It was well used with a hole in the floor vinyl, hole in refrigerator, cabinet door falling apart, etc. I am a US vet who doesn’t want favor, but not returning my deposit after ruining a once in a life time trip is inexcusable.

We bought a rental minnie winnie 2020 131000 miles. Reasonable price. We bought it at the Denver location. I have to say, their salesman Vincent Desalvo was professional and personable. He knew 99% of the info we needed and his walk thru was very informative He made it easy and answered a ton of questions for us.

I felt like I was gaslit and had a bait and switched situation with them. I wasn’t informed until I went to pick it up and sat through videos and was on my way out the door that I would not be able to use the bathroom the sink the shower, which is the entire reason I was renting the RV and they didn’t want to do anything to make it right with me they didn’t seem to care that I was upset and that they had ruined an entire weeks vacation for me and several other people and they offered me zero compensation for my loss And no way to fix it. They were very condescending from customer relations, and I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances because of this if they have just made some effort to make it right with me which they did not
