It was great because one person responded, solved the problem quickly within an hour or so! I'm not a business with a Systems Dept. or systems person, but an old man (86) trying to figure out the constantly changing and malfunctioning WordPress (that has no help desk) for my simple blog and website. And this time you did not send me off to Jetpack or WP-Something "because that is their responsibility." You have become a better "Host" DreamHost! :-) Thank you! And thank you JD!
Impressive
Very impressive so far. It has been roughly 24 hours since signing up with DreamHost and I really like their dashboard interface. Support has been quick to answer. I have very basic hosting needs and while I made the switch from another hosting provider, I wish I had switched sooner.
I messed up my Wordpress install
I messed up my Wordpress install. Just selected the email response and described my problem. Received response about an hour later. No more questions or instructions...Rafael took care of it! Good to go now!

This company refused to assist me with fixing my website even though I contacted them more than once. They are holding my domain hostage and not publishing my site. I feel helpless because I am not tech savvy and so I feel trapped. I wish someone could help me.
