I was so excited to try this company to buy some new toys and I haven't been disappointed! The website is very descriptive, helpful, and easy to navigate. My purchase experience was a breeze. I had one toy stop working within the first month, and upon reaching out via chat on the website, I've was friendly and informed me they would be happy to replace the defective toy!
