Ivy who handled my issue was exceptional!! She was kind, prompt and very helpful! I had a device that wouldn’t work and she walked me through the troubleshooting at first. When the product still malfunctioned, she opted to replace it at no cost. Extremely satisfied with her customer service and care!

You won't be disappointed
Great prices, fast discreet shipping, solid well made product, so many options and excellent customer service. I was able to change the mail service my order was shipped thru even after I placed the order. And that was very important because my mailman sucks. I just sent an email to customer service before my order had shipped and they were able to help me out. It's better to let them know which carrier you prefer before you place your order though. The items I got live up to the hype. I've never had so many O's in one sitting before. It's going to be very difficult to not use the set I got every night. I looked at a LOT of websites comparing products and prices and I am so glad I decided on EdenFantasys. Will absolutely order from them again. And you won't be disappointed if you do too!

I wrote the company with an unusual observation of one of my toys. They responded extremely quickly and offered a replacement right away. They listened to my observation and understood. No questions asked. It's refreshing to finally have a company that cares about the customer above all. I have many of their products and could not be happier. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Customer service was timely and over…
Customer service was timely and over and above what I expected (based on similar websites). The response I got provided 3 links to critical info each of which could have been the source of my problem. As it turned out the product manual indicated a link to the wrong app which was key to my issue.

Unfortunately my item never arrived well it was delivered but when I went to get it it was gone. I was speaking to a customer service representative by the name of Anna via email she was the nicest person I have ever spoken to very down to earth and just so nice she helped me out a lot. This was my first time ordering from this company and I will definitely order from them again.
