Worked a booking through Elife Limo (booking ref: SK8262871656) which was assigned via GB Private Hire Limited / AI Cars / 247airportchauffeurs (TfL Operator Licence 9566). Passenger landed around 3:50 PM, but the job was only passed to me around 4:30 PM and pickup happened around 5:15 PM. Passenger was understandably frustrated after waiting that long. After completing the journey professionally, payment was still not made. I have screenshots of conversations and another driver reporting similar non-payment issues. Very concerning that Elife Limo continues working with operators accused of scamming drivers after jobs are completed. They should review who they partner with before this damages their reputation further.

This company in Hanoi were meant to track my flight and meet me but left me as a solo female traveller waiting for 20 minutes after 4am. I booked to avoid being harrassed at the airport and minimise stress and this did not happen. I was not given any information about the car or driver prior so how could i find them at the airport? The driver picked me up and left the airport then tried to find out where he was taking me - he did not know prior despite my booking and did not speak english. He attempted to use google translate on his phone whilst driving which is unacceptable. When i complained to booking.com the company harrassed me on whatsapp instead of replying through that channel. I do not recommend this company in Vietnam.

DO NOT USE that company!!! The driver a scammer even deleted his messages on WhatsApp, make sure you take photos ! I did before he deleted them ! Do not use keep well away!

Worst experience with a pickup in our lives. We’ll never again interact with the disgraceful company that is E-Life limos. I contacted the company direct. I requested an infant seat and they confirmed last in writing that they had allocated a driver with an infant seat. Despite them confirming in writing they had allocated a driver with an infant seat, the driver contacted me when we had arrived, saying he was transferring the pick up to his friend. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS! The other driver did not have a infant seat, so we were stranded at Miami airport with a 1 year old and had to find an alternative company, which we paid a significant price to arrange a driver at last minute. This is disgraceful behaviour and no one should have to go through this Never again! Shameful. Oh and don’t bother calling their HQ telephone number. No one picks up. Ignore all responses that E-life might have to this review. I’ve already complained to them and they have the whole thing in writing. You have been warned!

I booked through Hoppa for a return transfer from Faro airport to our hotel. We were picked up by Elife Limo and we had 6 adults a 2 Yr old all with cases. The driver was very friendly and packed the van also checked everyone was OK. His driving was very good and we all felt safe in his hands. He unloaded the van at the hotel and helped with the baby into reception. I am disabled and he helped with my case to reception also. I had to amend the return time and done this via live message server and for a first time user it was so easy and a real person not AI. We had the same driver on return to the airport so we knew we were going to be looked after we'll. All in all, I would highly recommend Elifelimo.com to anyone and I will be using them again. A well deserved 5 star rating from me and the family.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this transfer company in Salou. Our original return transfer was booked for 7:40pm, and when we kindly asked to move it earlier to 7pm, everything was arranged quickly and smoothly. We received confirmation straight away, which was already a great start. On the day of departure, we had an unexpected situation — our hotel was completely closing for the season (was open only for the Easter holidays), which we didn’t know in advance. Since our transfer was booked for 7pm, we were a bit worried about timing. The company has provided us with our driver’s contact details, and I contacted Gulin on WhatsApp to explain the situation and ask if it would be possible to pick us up earlier. Gulin responded immediately, and amazingly, he arrived within just 15 minutes! We were truly impressed by such a fast response, flexibility, and professionalism. This is without a doubt the best transfer service we have experienced in Spain. A huge thank you to the company — and an even bigger thank you to Gulin for his outstanding help! Highly recommended!

Stay away from this company.. their customer service is outrageous and we cannot recommend them to anyone.. Our first and absolutely last experience with this company is a class act example of how you can just ghost your customers after their complaint.. On our trip from Bangkok Airport to Jomtien Beach, the drive drove like a maniac and we where all 8 screaming at him to slow down.. drive refused and just acted like he did not understand us.. resulting is a really bad accident as our driver smashed up behind into a car in front of us on the motorway.. we waited for more then an hour and the entire trip that was supposed to take just a hour, took more than 4hours in total.. no refund.. nu checking up on us.. no offering to get checked my doctor for whiplash etc.. resulting in two of us is now struggling with the after effect from the crash.. Elife Transfer have now stopped replying to our emails.. absolut silent.. never ever use them.. the will do what ever it takes to run from their responsibilities..

People who are often upset leave a review titled -1 stars. I'm not going to do that, but it is important to note that if you book this company it is possible that they will leave without you. Our Peru Rail train arrived at Cusco at 6:57p. Our driver sent a screenshot of him leaving the station at 6:59p. That means he either saw the train and said, "Screw them" or never came at all. This resulted in my daughters and I being stranded in Cusco, Peru. No, I would not give them -1 starts, but if they were guests at my house I would serve them hot dog water!

We used e-life limo for a ride from Chau Doc to Can Tho Airport. 2 hours and 45 minutes driving. We paid for a minivan as we were 3 adults and 1 child, with 4 pieces of luggage. We had a small old car instead of a minivan. We had to travel with one piece of luggage on our legs. It is really bad service.

Awful experience with an abhorrently rude driver in Miami - was extremely hostile throughout the whole journey and even went to extremes to make it uncomfortable - such as turning the AC down as low as possible and threatening to drive off! It's as legitimate at that, and when fed back to the company it was dismissed.

Five-star service! Our driver Ahmed Mohamed (taxi 063) provided a perfect transfer from the West Bank to our East Bank hotel in LUXOR EGYPT. He was punctual, professional, and his car was very clean and comfortable. He knows the roads of Luxor perfectly and made the journey feel very safe. A truly honest and polite gentleman. I wouldn’t use anyone else in Luxor. Don't hesitate to book him.
