Our dealings with John Jay were terrific - he was informative and very helpful but our dealings with other people in your organization were awful. The process was way too long with multiple problems which could have been eliminated if a list of all the data you needed was given to us at the beginning instead of piecemeal. We understand that your organization is on the West Coast but calling us at 8pm our time for information was unacceptable - the person calling should have been aware of the time difference.

At one point during the process I opened a new bank account and got a new credit card unknowing this would complicate the loan procedure.
