From the start, Ryan Warner was very helpful explaining the process for my Reverse Mortgage application. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He gave me clear guidance on what to expect and the general timing for the various steps in the application process. Initially I was nervous about pursuing a Reverse Mortgage, primarily because it was a totally new experience for me. Soon I saw Ryan’s efficiency and consistent professionalism and that really put me at ease and made me feel confident throughout the process. Colleen also was helpful and they both were timely in contacting me any time I left a message. The process went smoothly and relatively quickly and my closing was, I believe, within 3-4 weeks of first contact. I would recommend Finance of America to anyone considering seeking financing. It was a good experience for me.
