I have often bought items which appear on the ads at the top of the Google search page, but have just been totally ripped off by a clothing supplier called Wilson & Carter London. The jacket that was supplied wasn't fit to give to the charity shop. I am taking that up with the company, which has terrible reviews on Trustpilot, but I am concerned that Google has so totally failed to vet the suppliers which advertise on its pages. The company is called Wilson & Carter London and the home page of their web site shows Tower Bridge, London, but this is a Chinese company, with an office in the USA, which takes payment through a Polish company and appears to have no connection with London, or even England. Google should have systems in place to have identified these ads as fraudulent. Having trusted Google in the past I will never trust them again. I did try to complain direct to Google, but I found it impossible to work out how to direct the complaint to the right department.
JG'S WINDOWS AND DOORS.
I had the above company work on my conservatory, They took off the existing glass roof , and replaced it with a tiled roof. I cannot praise these guys enough . Their standard of work is very high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for all your upvc work. Excellent service, good communication , keeping us informed throughout the whole process.
This "AI" which is not really AI. AI don't really exist. That was a tech industry scam. Is horrible. It constantly lies. It is consistently wrong. It almost sent my disabled wife and I too a place that would have gotten us killed. It kept giving me the 988 number through I was not in a crisis. I kept telling it to stop I was not in a bad way and just kept doing it. It is always wrong. I can't ever find anything 8 am looking for on Google anymore. This language model crap because that is all it is. There is not such thing as AI. We were all lied to and taken for a ride. Now it is in everything and now nothing works right. The Internet is done if this isn't stopping and we'll greed people so. Consider the Internet dead.
Have reported some very shady ads that are obviously ripping payoff but Google keep saying there's nothing wrong with them. So sick and tired of so many fraudulent ads that they are happy to make money from.
I sent a message a few weeks ago to post a picture of an SUV I was interested in because I live out of town—no response from the dealership. There were no pictures on CarGurus or their website. I was going to cash for the SUV. That is bad customer service.
The automatic chat can't help with the problem I am having and there is no way to talk to a human. The help topics and instructions send me round and round the same fruitless routines.
Simon is the store manager at Southern Co-op in Norton Fitzwarren, Taunton. The store also houses the local Post Office
I had an enquiry about a missing parcel which might, possibly, have inadvertently turned up in his store.
I wrote to him with a series of questions and, as soon as he picked up my letter, he was on the phone to me.
Half an hour later and we'd covered my missing parcel (still not found and nothing to do with him), the various carriers at our disposal, the demise of village and town Post Offices, online shopping habits, the future of Royal Mail - and many more topics besides, I'm sure!
Simon is a thorough, professional, concerned, customer-focused manager and I imagine his loyal staff and customers would join with me in feeling very grateful for his service.
Thank you, Simon, for all your efforts in helping me track down my lost parcel and in trying to help me receive some sort of recompense for my loss.
Long may you reign!
This is a problem I had with Easy life catalogue after being a loyal customer . It's a problem you might have when purchasing certain items of hygiene, consumable items or clothing. What they never tell you until you have opened parcel, is they won't accept them back and you won't get a refund, as inside the parcel are your legal rights explained, worth remembering. Different to what I've been used too, when I have been asked to photo the items and send the photo through the email instead of returning the item.
Izzy has provided outstanding facials and service!
Izzy has given me complementary treatments in the past at Clarins, Ashford. She is cheerful, friendly and helpful and given advice and recommendations for my skincare.
I live in Illinois and of course Manassas Sky Zone is in Viriginia. I had a billing question and I was fortunate enough to get Sade, the manager on the phone. The issue was immediately resolved and I was even given a call back to make sure everything was ok. I am 73. I rarely write reviews and in my many years this was the most pleasant customer relations experience I have ever had. Sade is a keeper. Besides that, my grandkids had a great time at the park.
Google Reviews has turned into a hall of distorted mirrors that deliberately warps reality. Real consumer experience consists of all shades of life, but this system artificially cuts out the negative side, leaving behind a pink, rainbow-painted illusion. While the algorithms shadow-ban and block honest, factual customer complaints about disrespectful service or low-quality businesses, the black market of bought 5-star ratings and bot accounts thrives completely untouched. This is no longer an objective voice for the consumer; it has become a corporate marketing tool designed to protect advertising revenue. Regular people are being silenced, and the reality on the ground looks nothing like the fake perfection shown on Google screens.
Classic Glazing South West solved window fitting issue
James Perry came to investigate a problem we had with an aluminium casement window which could not engage its locking bolts with the internal plate. He completely rehung the window into its casement frame and carried out fine-tuning adjustment to ensure the bolts smoothly locked into place. A thorough repair giving courteous and confident service. Happy to recommend!
I want to review my review from 16/7/26, once I got the vehicle home I found a tyre was substandard, tyre wall cracked and perished therefore weakened and dangerous, I replaced it the next day, their response, it passed an MOT in March! Totally irrelevant, the tyre was dangerous.
Secondly, the car was advertised as having a “full service history” I received a typed piece of paper, not headed, no invoices, receipts or documentation to authentic this sheet. Their response? All documents that we had “were provided” totally irrelevant, there was no service history provided.
Furthermore hardly any fuel in vehicle and I had to ask for the vehicle to be cleaned, which was done very poorly.
Honesty, integrity and customer service should be paramount in any business, and a focus on quality not quantity needs to be applied.
Before google decided to go to AI it was a semi-usable product. Now it's hot garbage and won't even let me leave a review on Verizon. The AI claims it isn't being paid, but I have my doubts. Find a new search engine
