I see Dr. Tim on Klarity and he is the most amazing Dr. I have seen in 38 years. He is kind, compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable. Of only there were more Dr's like him out there, our healthcare system would be very different.

Pill mill. My new job doesn't offer insurance and I've has to rely on telehealth for any reasons (not by choice!) What they don't tell you here is how their prescriptions from doctors for ADHD get flagged like crazy! I'm out 300 dollars with no perception that's fillable because no pharmacy will touch Klarity with a 10ft pole and one even told me "you'd have better spent your money seeing a psychiatrist out of pocket than this" look I know people have good luck with this but digging finds these people have precious relationships with their pharmacies - I used Kaiser and it was fine, since my new job doesn't offer insurance and I have to pay out of pocket I'm hitting brick walls.

Imhotep, we're sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially after paying out of pocket and running into barriers getting support. This is not the experience we want for anyone using Klarity. Providers on our platform make independent clinical decisions, but we take concerns about access, cost, and follow-through very seriously and want to review what happened. Please contact us through your patient portal or at [email protected] so our team can look into this privately and help as quickly as possible.
I have been seeing Mark Bender for a few years now, he has been great. He listens to and addresses any concerns that I have. He responds to messages right away, my prescriptions are sent over to the pharmacy immediately, and if they are having any issues with filling because of low stock or anything else, he is easy to contact and does everything possible to work with them or me to fix it right away. The appointments are comfortable because he very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him, I have had nothing but positive experiences the last few years seeing him.

Provider- Thumbs up! Klarity policies- Thumbs down
The provider I met with was great! Klaritys care policies, not so great. An individual in their 50’s with years of consistent controlled medication treatment for ADHD should not be asked to take part in recurrent drug testing. Actually no one should be asked of this, unless the provider suspects their patient is not taking medication as prescribed.
If it were just based on experience with the provider, I would schedule another visit. Based on the drug testing requirement if the company, I will not be scheduling another visit. The last thing I want to add to my monthly expenditures is unnecessary monthly drug testing.

Melissa, thank you for sharing this candid feedback. We're glad your provider experience was positive, and we understand how policy concerns around testing requirements can feel frustrating, especially when they affect whether you continue care. Providers on Klarity make independent clinical decisions, and our policies are designed with patient safety and care quality in mind, but we take your concerns seriously and want our team to review them with you privately. Please contact us through your patient portal or at [email protected] so we can follow up directly.

Hi aussie girl 2, we're very sorry for the experience you described. Waiting for an appointment and not being able to reach live support is frustrating, and it is not the level of care or communication we expect on Klarity. This was one of the most frustrating healthcare booking experiences I've had, and I would not recommend Hello Klarity based on how my appointment was handled.
I scheduled an appointment at approximately 3:00 p.m. because I was specifically seeking evaluation and treatment for ADHD medication. About an hour later, around 4:00 p.m., I was notified that the provider I had been matched with does not prescribe stimulant medications to adults over the age of 45.
The problem is that Hello Klarity already had my date of birth before allowing me to book and pay for the appointment. Their system still recommended this provider and accepted my payment, even though I was never eligible to receive the treatment I was seeking from that provider.
As soon as I learned this information, I immediately canceled the appointment. Despite canceling almost immediately after being notified, they refused to refund the $50 appointment fee, citing their cancellation policy.
This situation could have been completely avoided if their booking system had prevented me from scheduling with an incompatible provider or clearly flagged the restriction before accepting my payment.
I understand providers have prescribing policies, but patients should not be charged for appointments that the platform already knows cannot meet their medical needs. I hope Hello Klarity improves its screening process so future patients don't have the same experience.

Tiffany, we're sorry for the frustration here. We understand how upsetting it is to book and pay for an appointment, only to learn afterward that the provider's prescribing policy meant the visit wasn't a fit. Providers on our platform make independent clinical decisions, but this experience does not reflect the standard we want for patients using Klarity. We're reviewing the booking and screening flow you described, and we'd like to look into your cancellation and refund concerns directly. Please reach out through your patient portal or email us at [email protected] so our team can follow up privately and work toward a resolution.
Thank you so much, Robert! We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. We're glad to hear your experience felt professional and friendly — that's exactly the kind of care we want every patient to receive through Klarity. Our goal is to make quality mental healthcare accessible and supportive from start to finish. If you ever need anything, please reach out through your patient portal or at [email protected].

Hi Matthew, thank you so much for sharing this! We're thrilled to hear your appointment went so smoothly — a provider who is not only on time but actually early, attentive, and easy to talk with makes all the difference. Connecting patients with thoughtful, communicative care is exactly what Klarity strives for, and it's wonderful to hear that came through. If you ever need anything along the way, please don't hesitate to reach out through your patient portal or email us at [email protected]. We're rooting for you!
Billedv$50 with no confirmed appointment with no notification
Made a tentative appointment and never completed intake forms and they billed me $50 for nothing and refuse to credit it back. Too bad, I really wanted to use them but if they have to steal from people to make money I think I'll pass
Reply from Klarity Health2026-06-23
The fee is not charged by Klarity but by the clinician you booked with. You are billed for no-show fee for not appearing in the appointment. Clinicians lost the opportunity to serve other patients in need so they put no-show penalty for patients to respect their schedule. If you message your provider, they may consider refund you.
Awful overall experience. I chose an appointment on the calendar for $120. I was charged $225 with no warning, no explanation. Nowhere on their profile page does the appointment details list the price, you're just charged whatever they feel like. Their site is extremely confusing - it sent me the same intake forms three times, then after my appointment was booked it sent me a link to a page that said "Book your appointment!" for the same time I'd already booked. I really wasn't 100% sure if I actually had an appointment until it happened, and then I was charged $105 more than I'd anticipated. Furthermore the provider they matched me with was zero help, showed up over half an hour late to the appointment, asked me the same questions I'd already answered three times on intake forms, and sent me an email questionnaire to discuss in a follow-up appointment. The email questionnaire could have been done BEFORE the appointment, but why do that when you can get another couple hundred bucks out of a client with a follow-up appointment.
0/10, do not recommend, will not be back.

ZuZu, thank you for taking the time to share this — what you've described falls well below the standard we hold ourselves to at Klarity Health, and we're genuinely sorry for the experience you had.
Unexpected charges are never acceptable. Pricing should be clear before you book, and we're sorry that wasn't the case for you. We also hear your frustration with the booking flow and intake forms — the confusion you encountered is something we're actively working to improve.
Regarding your appointment, providers on our platform make independent clinical decisions about how sessions are structured. That said, arriving significantly late and revisiting information you'd already submitted on intake forms is not the quality of care we expect our patients to receive.
We'd like to look into this personally and address the billing concern. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] or through your patient portal so we can make this right for you.

I was on an extended trip out-of-state and needed an emergency medication refill. I set up an appointment with Klarity to see if they could help, and was unfortunately met with a great deal of mixed information and an unfortunate interaction with a manager.
After completing all of the required documents, I spoke with an employee who told me the fee would be $160 for an emergency medication refill. Later, he told me it would be $260; I asked if he could please talk to someone to let them know the situation and see if we could figure out a resolution, and a woman called me back and spoke to me very disrespectully. She would not let me speak and continued cutting me off after I asked if I could finish speaking. She then hung up on me. She did not provide her name and her employee refused to provide her name when asked; she is a manager.
I hope that in the future, Klarity provides their patients with accurate information that they honor and that they treat their patients with respect.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're genuinely sorry to hear it fell so far short of what you deserved. Receiving inconsistent information about fees and then being disconnected during a conversation with our team is unacceptable — this is not the standard of care or communication we hold at Klarity.
