Cancelled order
I paid tablet from Honor website. They cancelled my order but they didn't send my money back. So now I don't have tablet and I don't have any money to buy different tablet either. Avoid them!

False advertising and poor customer service
Ordered a Magic 6Lite phone from Amazon. The advert offered a free Pad X8 to redeem on the Honor website after the purchase. But I had to wait 14 days, not sure why! When I tried to redeem it, my code was "invalid". Contacted Amazon and they couldn't care less. Emailed Honor directly and they replied they had to look into it. I never heard back from them. Eventually, I returned the phone for a refund. Shameful service
I bought an Honor 90 mobile phone
I bought an Honor 90 mobile phone, but within just a month, it developed six defects. Despite raising the issue three times, I haven't received any response. I would like to return the phone and receive a refund. Abdelrazek
Poor customer service
I bought the honor 90 and the apps freeze up. I had the phone less than a month and contacted them and they are taking me for a fool! Keeping booting me around and not providing any customer service. Not even listening to my issue... I had the honor 70 which had no problems was very happy with the phone... So this is customer loyalty??? So I payed £350 for a phone that freezes up and I cannot return. Stay away from them buy from a legit store and a better company!
Be careful when buying Honor products/
I would like to issue a serious warning for everyone who would like to buy anything from this manufacturer. Nearly two years ago I bought Honor X7 mobile phone. Recently the phone stopped working. I sent it to the repair centre and it came unrepaired with the following note: 'Out of Warranty Fault Detection (Cancel Repair After Detection), Ingress of Liquid Or Corrosion (Ingress of Water). The phone has never ever had any contact with water therefore their outcome is just a lie. I have made some research online and found many similar cases reported from Honor customers so is all clear to me now. However I'm going to take further steps to do the justice. If anyone is considering buying their products just be careful even if it says that there is a warranty IT SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK! I feel scammed by this company!

Had 2 honor phones now and been amazing and customer service help me claim my free air buds and watch after it was getting difficult to upload my prof of purchase but finally got it all done... But phone have been really good so far not had any issues with magic 4 lite first contact with them and now magic 6 lite even better ... Super fast charging as well.. impressed so far Kind regards Matthew savory
Poor company!
Poor company!! 3 months after buying tge flagship honor magic 5 pro I noticed a black spot on my screen from lost led light. I expected to have an immediate replacement however, the customer service suggested to send it for repair that might take working days which is 45 calendar day!!! I explained I use my phone for work but they never minded Even trading it for the new phone was not an option for them. I've been loyal users for years but this is definitely my last phone from them
I feel I am being taken for a fool
The company took my 200 pound for the phone I bought from Amazon but had nothing but issues with the camera quality, the oranges and yellows look green and other colours are paler. I have tried sorting it out myself but failed. I have tried contacting them 7 times over twitter, Facebook and there own web page but there ignoring me. They know I am disabled and have medical apps and with the colours I can't see them very well plus , I also have photograpy for a hobby so results are horrendous with the colours be wrong.

Slimy company. Do NOT buy
Purchased two honor smart watches for my children. Both of the strap loops broke within the warrenty period. Like other customers l too contacted Honor for a replacement or repair. They quoted the cost of repair to be higher than buying a new one to my surprise! They decided that both broken strap loops were not covered in the warrenty??! It's a coincidence that they were BOTH broken at the same time and declared it out of warranty. Utterly useless company and I'm not surprised that this has been a trend for most customers! The fault occurred within 1 year of a 2 year warranty and Honor did absolutely nothing! They are scamming customers into paying for repairs. The products are not fit for purpose and they do not stand by their so called warrenty. I've now contacted my credit card company under a dispute.
Excellent experience
I accidentally bought 2 of the same item. Honor arranged the return of the unwanted one. Sent a courier to my house for free and refunded me within a few days. I had to contact customer service via email and they were quick and helpful. I cannot fault my experience in any way.
Great phones
After seeing all the negative reviews Im shocked, I have a honor 90 (owned since August 2023) and it's been the best phone ever, to the point my partner who is a die hard samsung fan even bought one, as did my sister. I had a few questions, popped the customer service a chat and it was sorted. Brilliant next day delivery and there is always little coupons available if you know where to look. Don't be put off on buying the phones, and if you're looking for an amazing life and amazing camera on a phone, the honor 90 is certainly the one for you. The only downside I have is I have the 12gb ram and 512 storage and I do find when I'm gaming the batteries goes down a little faster than my previous motorola egde 20 lite, however, it has a bigger ram capacity so that will no doubt be the reason why as the phone is using more software. My only issue is I think for the honor 90 with all that spec, it should have a slightly bigger mah than 5000, that is my only complaint about it, and the fact screen protectors for the honor 90s are so so so hard to find!
My Honor 50 lite charging port failed.
My Honor 50 lite could not be charged as the charging port had became faulty this was with 2 months left on 2 year warranty. I contacted Honor customer services who asked a few questions via email. They then sent me a prepaid padded envelope and off it went to the UK service department. The phone was returned a few days later fully repaired free of charge, 1st class service well done Honor.

Not sure about all these negative reviews. UMMMM! Honor magic 5 light. As good or even better than some more very exspensive phones. Brilliant display excellent screen. Save your money and buy one stop getting ripped off by Samsung ect. Battery good. Apps good. Quality Just as good as premium.
Great product, better value
This is my third honor smart phone, I never had problems with their product,and I will never buy different brands as long as they keep it in this standard... I ordered their smart watch 4 for the first time, I received it the next day via DHL, not open the box yet, I hope it will meet my expectations...

The flash sale was not working , they advertised a price then in check out there is another price . They were rude on the phone , they didnt help nor solve the problem .to avoid Edit , so they called back and fixed the problem .

ordered honor 90 as deal with ear-buds, and added case for £9.99 received parcel in around 4 days, oops! there was no case in the box! contacted honor uksupport both by email and phone call, and was explained they will do investigation after I send them pictures of box and items. and the way they said that.... I have bad feeling! common HONOR be honorable !

All arrived on time in original, sealed boxes, in bubble wrap and safe package. DHL's tracking gives all necessary details about parcel and delivery options. Mobile looks fine and solid, quite powerful for middle range, compared to my old. It need some time to change habit from previous to Honor but propably worth.
