What reviewers say
AI generated
Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers frequently complained about severe product quality issues, reporting that internal hardware components, batteries, and screens failed shortly after their initial purchase. Consumers also experienced deeply frustrating customer service challenges, noting that support teams were completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and painfully slow to resolve reported problems.
The minority of people were genuinely satisfied with the strong hardware performance, smooth display features, and overall quality of certain devices. A few reviewers even shared exceptionally great customer care experiences, prompt online communication, and fully well-functioning products received during their recent purchases.

Ordered the new GS pro watch from them. Didn't notice a line that mentioned it won't be despatched until a certain date (fairly certain it wasn't there) so contacted support after not getting any dispatch notification.
They were helpful and quick to point out the likely dispatch date and the watch then arrived on time. The support team were quick and helpful, didn't have to wait in a queue for more than a minute.
The watch was very nice but didn't do a few things I wanted. Reviews online are not very detailed and couldn't locate a decent manual so no way of knowing. Ultimately the watch didn't work well with gloves nor record GPS while paddleboarding, so to me it was not very useful.
I filled in the returns form and within 24hr had an email with a DHL shipping label and a date and time they would collect. Few days after collection money was returned to me.
4 not 5 stars as the website is a bit hard to navigate, feels old and unintuitive.
First time I tried to fill out returns form a popup kept taking me back to the main page so wasn't sure if it had been processed (it hadn't).
Wasn't given an option of when or where the watch would be collected. I was at work but thankfully someone was at home at the time to hand it over.
If the watch gets better (support for gloves / maybe buttons, better sports support, integration with Strava and relive [and other apps] I'd currently quite happily order again).
Great bundle deal and fast delivery, delivery arrived next day (which i wasn't expecting after the reviews on here), and products are all in perfect condition.
Bought an Honor Magicbook 14 from hihonor.co.uk and wow.... that’s all I have to say! They shipped the product within a day and it was with me by signed delivery within 2 days of ordering. The laptop was packaged well and the laptop was incredibly secure inside... no chance of any damage being done! I was very impressed with shipping and delivery time and the quality of packaging that the product arrived in.
Now, the laptop itself was purchased as part of a flash sale deal so I got the magicbook 14 and a wireless mouse for £449. So you’d think that these flash sales are a scam to just get you to buy a product but the magicbook has equal if not better specs than a lot of laptops at a similar price and you get a wireless mouse with it! Win win! The laptop itself is super fast and turns on within 10 seconds of turning it on. It also both looks and feels like a quality product. Couldn’t recommend Honor enough! Don’t trust the bad rating on this website!
Bought a watch, they took my money, failed to send a receipt. When I tried 'Tack Order' it said I had no orders. I tried logging in again later but the site would not allow me to enter anything at log in, just a constant 'session expired' message instantly before anything could be entered at all. I couldn't use the other method by order number because I had not got a receipt to track from. I tried the support email address and it returned as 'did not exist'. I would expect a better web experience from a huge techno company.
In fairness I have to say that I did get another e-mail through the following morning and had a response with full details within a couple of hours. The watch was delivered the next day, so impressed by this aspect.
Products are good value and functional but Customer Service woeful
Products are good value and functional, materials are not premium - you get what you pay for as expected, however - customer service is woeful. Slow response (Cut off by chat operator after waiting long time to connect and then 3-4 weeks to respond after emailing), insisting on mandatory information from a broken phone (Serial No) which can only be obtained if the phone is working unless you have the original packaging. After purchasing 4 Honor phones and 5 bands - this will be the last purchase I make from Honor (or Huawei after similar experience with them)
Switched from iphone to honor. Best decision in my life. Cheaper, easier to use and many more unique functions. Can share screen on TV without any additional devices.
I ordered my phone on a Saturday and received it on the Tuesday (i.e., 3 days later). I found that quick, so I was happy with that.
Once the order was in, I realised I should have had the phone delivered to a different address so I sent them an e-mail to that effect. I received no reply. The phone was delivered to the original address and, since I wasn't there, they left it in a hidden place but somewhere where rain could have soaked the box. Not great.
A month later, I received an e-mail reply to my request to change my address - no apology, just a statement that my phone has been delivered. I'm glad the phone seems to be working fine - I would not feel confident going through the customer service to resolve issues based on my experience.
