Should be all in one app and always work. The renewal process is also expensive, over $100 for one year and only offer a discount when you start to cancel.

I've used it vanish for a few years now, and have always has great service and product. My only grip is renewal time, where I have to negotiate a better and cheaper deal. Why they can't offer a cheaper deal is beyond me!
