Very unhappy with the lack of communication. Had a damaged ordered was set to be replaced. Was told to keep this item. It was taking a while for an update so I went to check and my replacement was cancelled without me being informed. Now to get a refund I have to send the damaged item back. I ordered this for a gift 23 days out and now I have 7 days to find another gift. Will not be returning for business.

The chair is sturdy and high quality. BUT the directions for putting it together are terrible. And one of the pilot holes for one of the screws that attaches the back to the seat was drilled too close to the edge and the wood chipped out, exposing the screw. I had to redrill a better pilot hole and use a screw with a conventional Phillips head to attach the back. Then I had to glue the wood that chipped out back over the hole and putty, sand and paint the area. Lots of extra work.

The shipping of my mirrors was excellent. I had also inadvertently ordered the wrong finish so I reached out to Joss and Main and they were able to cancel the order. They made a huge effort to do this with no effort from me. That’s customer service! Thank you!

The base and top have discolorations. It’s not black and white as advertised. Would like it exchanged for one that is white and black as in photo without discolorations or mars. Please advise. Thank you.
