KFC

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many consumers reported that the chicken's quality has decreased, with some describing the taste as undesirable or the chicken as being low-grade and greasy. There were frequent complaints regarding food preparation, such as items being overcooked, dry, or not being at the expected temperature. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that certain staff members were very kind and helpful. Some customers noted positive aspects, mentioning that the food was delicious, or that particular employees provided excellent service. However, a few other people also felt that delivery issues were problematic, with reports of missing orders or unfair refund compensation.
