CAP TOO BIG: I have now purchased 4 units from your…
I have now purchased 4 units from your company. The last 2 purchases were too big and I can't seem to get either of them to fit. They buckle throughout the cap. If there were combs in the sides I could perhaps adjust it but that isn't an option so I'm left with trying to find someone that can synch the netting so that I can wear them. Obviously, this is a huge disappointment, so I don't intend to purchase any more units.

I had a delivery issue,(I use the wrong zip code me rushing) I reached out to klaiyi via email Mike emailed me back within 24 hours told me what to do. I did exactly what he said and within a week I received my unit. And I absolutely love it. Texture of the unit is great yaki straight with the chestnut highlights absolutely love it
