I ordered the 14 inch yaki Bob wig. First I had to send several emails to receive the wig after almost 2 weeks. When I finally received the wig it was too small and barely fit my head. To make things worst it was 10 inches and not the 14 inch shown in the picture that I had ordered. It's like they sent me anything just to fill the order. I strongly recommend that you do NOT purchase wigs from this company!

I ordered a $120wig on Mar 13, 2026 the money was deducted from my account. It was supposed to be 3-5 delivery which was perfect because I had an important event. Now we are Mar 18th no merchandise. I tried calling the number on their site and it says it’s a text number only and they claim they need me to send them a screenshot of my account before they can send out the order. So I said forget it send me my money and now no one is responding to me. I don’t recommend this company at all.

I have ordered multiple wigs from them and they are always pretty good quality. My mom loves their wigs. They fit really well I love the drawstring and non-slip cap it makes it so easy to wear and go.the hair lines are done very well and look really realistic.
Great customer service experience. This was my first time ordering from Klaiyi and I didn’t realize the wig I purchased came with pre-made baby hairs. I loved the quality and texture of the hair, but I personally don’t prefer baby hairs. So I reached out to ask if the same wig was available without them. Customer service responded quickly and explained that this specific wig only comes with baby hairs. However, they offered me the option to return it.
I decided to keep the wig, and they still offered me a $20 refund for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to help.
