Is there any app where I can get every detail—like when the customer came, at what time they visited—and the most interesting thing is that when a customer visits the website, however much time they spend, a complete screen recording is created and shown to us. Unclear billing, overcharge, super bad customers service and billing department. Very frustrating experience to deal with lucky orange.

This feature is an optional selection during the upgrade process and can be managed at any time via your dashboard. We also send automated notifications whenever a plan adjustment occurs to ensure our users stay informed. Because the account utilized significant data processing and storage resources during this period, we were unable to provide a full refund. However, we did issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate your business and are happy to help with any further questions through our support channels.
