Merchly is not only competitive on their pricing, and has not just exceeded their timeline for when my orders will be fulfilled, their customer service is outstanding too! I had a small problem with my latest order (a miscommunication between what I wanted and what I received) and they asked almost no questions (beyond just determining what I thought I was ordering) and they 100% stood behind me and replaced my order to my specifications, quickly and at no extra charge. I haven't experienced this level of service and quality in quite some time. Merchly has a customer for life!

Hi Trish, Sorry you have not received your order yet! I had a look, and we shipped your product out to you 5 business days after your order was placed....but be advised it can take some time for shipments form the USA to arrive to your location in Australia. Keep an eye on the tracking # we sent you for the latest updates. I tracked your shipment and it looks to have left Hong Kong and is currently on it's way to Australia. My main gripe is the shirts were sized small. A large fit like a medium . a medium fit like a small ,etc....,

The logo is still too high
The logo is still too high - so not sure how to handle. What I created with the app online is not what has been delivered. There is a disconnect between what you design and what gets printed. If there are production limitations, the app needs to reflect that. I am not comfortable going with a big order.

Great product and great customer service!
Ordering for the first time, I honestly didn't know what to expect. I decided to order the face masks with a company name on it. The product was delivered earlier than the date provided. When it arrived, it was shorted, BUT, as soon as I contacted customer service, they were incredibly apologetic and sent the rest IMMEDIATELY!! The masks are pretty cool and a lot of people have complimented as to how cool they look and how comfortable they are. Well done, I will definitely be ordering from Merchly again in the future!

My only t-shirt vendor
This is the 2nd order that I have done with Merchly and I now consider them my only Tshirt vendor. The print quality is excellent and shirts are good quality. They print and ship quickly. I couldn't be happier.
