Hello Nicola, we are sorry to hear that we missed your deadline and understand how frustrating this was for you. We had initially been told that our orders had been shipped so we assumed orders were going to be processed within our timeline only to be told that they had been held in customs. We have never experienced our goods being held so this was very unusual for us and we honestly did not expect them to be held as long as they were. Once we received your ring we noticed that the head was slightly higher than we normally set the ring and did not want to ship to Italy for you to be unhappy with the ring so we got our jeweler to lower it. I understand this added to our usual 15-day deadline and we can only apologize for that. We do quote 15 business days but obviously, due to factors out of our control, we were unable to get it to you on time. Please accept our apology.
The assistant that I received was helpful and prompt. Any further questions that I had after my order were answered speedily. The ring was beautiful and everything that I expected. I highly recommend!

My order was placed 1 month ago today - not a custom piece, but a generic ring they have listed for sale on the website - Ring still has not been shipped. Website quotes 10-15 days plus 2 days for shipping - it has already been over a week longer than advertised, I have to follow up for updates and responses take several days to receive. Will never order from this company again.

Hello Justin, we completely understand your frustration with the delay we encountered regarding your order. As you were aware during the setting process, the casting house saw that there was porosity in the metal and had to remake your ring. Unfortunately, when this happens there is nothing we can do about it and the entire ring needs to be remade. We did expedite the remake but unfortunately, we had an issue with customs once shipped. All of our packages were held for over 10 days. This is very unusual and a situation we had not encountered before. Sadly we just had to wait for them to be released. We can only apologize and hope you accept the discount we gave you on the ring and the upgrade to free overnight shipping as a thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope your wife loved her beautiful new ring.
The engagement ring I ordered was customized to the correct specifications and size. The website was very intuitive with an incredibly large selection. Customer service responds swiftly and diligently for inquiries regarding the status of orders, and the ring arrived within the estimated time frame I was given.

I never review but feel compelled to spread the word, even if it saves one person from headache. DO NOT BUY HERE. Be warned!!! They claim to be foundation-based and respectful but I have only been met with disrespect and miscommunication that’s resulted in huge loss. Loose settings, horrible customer service and zero transparency. Don’t fall for the lower prices! You get what you pay for!
I upgraded my black moissonites to diamonds and was promised I could use the original amount toward the diamonds. After paying the full amount and being told I could get refunded for the black moissonites since they didn’t have them at the time of pick-up, I was met with a she-said she-said and the associate (who is apparently a manager) lied about saying she told me I could get a refund. I am absolutely sick over losing my money and even more sick over the fact she lied.
Also, when I went to pick up my ring, I said my name, she handed me the bag and said “have a good day”! I stood there and asked if she needed payment today. I literally could have just said a name and walked out. Your jewelry is not safe here.
Horrible operation. Take your money elsewhere and support other local companies.

Hello Allie, I am so sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. I am the Sales Director at MiaDonna and I personally worked with you to replace your side stones. We never do an upgrade on Moissanite stones which is why I never mentioned doing an upgrade, we were replacing your side stones for lab grown diamonds. I quoted you for the new stones and setting fee which I greatly discounted as you were a repeat customer. We generally take payment upfront but you asked if you could pay on pick up which I agreed to. Unfortunately, I was not working when you picked up your ring and your original moissanite stones had not at that point been returned by the jeweler. The assistant manager informed you that she had requested the stones be returned and in the event that the stones were chipped or lost we would discuss crediting you for these. She did not say we would credit you for the stones if they were returned in perfect condition. I apologize if you misunderstood as I understand that $300 is a lot of money. We take the security of our customer's rings very seriously. Every piece of jewelry is safely locked in our safe until pick up. Hannah had personally worked with you and your fiance so recognized you which is why she gave you your ring. In the future, if you decide you want to do something with your loose stones please reach out and we will work with our jeweler to get a reduced setting fee for you.
Misleading as all rings are made in an alloy metal that looks like white gold but the website has yellow gold options to select from. I would have made different choices knowing that but was mislead.

Hello Michelle, I am sorry you felt like the Home Try On Program is misleading but we clearly state on the home try on page that all rings are made in an alloy metal with cic zirconia center stone and that they are unable to be customized to show other metal colors, stone size or ring size. The program is in place so customers get an idea of the style of the ring.
The ability to design a ring, choose from multiple settings, shapes and styles, and to have one on one help with their staff was amazing. I chose a generic ring, with same day shipping, just to surprise her. When I gave her the ring, I told her it was just for the moment, but we could return it, and I let her design her own ring. She really loved the ability to do that, and MiaDonna's staff was extremely nice, and helped us along the way. Ali loves her ring!

The representative was informative. The diamonds were beautiful. Need better lighting in the store though. After the diamonds left the display case and I tried on, not as brilliant. Once I received the diamonds at home they definitely sparkle. Just not in the store in front of the mirror. Really awful lighting.
