The charging base worked well for about 8 months. Then it quit charging. I reached out to customer service. They responded within 24 hours.
I think the process for getting a replacement is a little suspect. The directions in the initial customer service response said I need to leave a review for the customer service experience, not the product. After that, I need to respond to the customer service email with a screenshot of the review.
When I went to the review screen, it asked for a review on the product, not the customer service experience.

I would have given a higher review for the Customer service experience, as Im guessing many did without noticing the "bait and switch" on the review subject. These were 2 different things.
People happy with Customer Service leave a higher rating than they would for the charging base that quit working. Ive seen the 2.5 star review for the charging base. I can see why they have this "if/then" return requirement. I find it deceitful. We will see if I receive the replacement charger.
I’ve been using the Sonicsmooth Pro+ for a couple of years and it has become one of my favourite products. It cleans up peach fuzz so close that my skin feels instantly smooth. What I appreciate most is how gentle it is. I don’t get scratches anymore, even when I use it around the bottom of my ear where short hair makes everything noticeable. The microdermabrasion tips are a great extra because they leave my skin feeling even softer. It’s one of those products that keeps proving itself every time I use it.

WASTE OF MONEY! Customer service was extremely poor and would not adjust an order - even though I contacted them 1 minute after submitting the order. Once you buy, they tell you you have to purchase a new blade for every use (very expensive!) and the results are no better than my handheld Schick Hydro Silk wand. STEER CLEAR! Much better products are available.

I love my Sonicsmooth Pro Plus! Using it along with the Sonic Reveal Spray gives my face a smooth and flawless appearance. It is the only dermaplaning tool I will ever use! Customer service is 10 out of 10! They even replaced my product when I was having trouble getting it to charge correctly. Highly recommend!
I got a Sonic Smooth and it didn’t work out for me. Was unable to return it because of the 30 day policy. I only had it for 4 months.I don’t recommend using this device because it’s not easy to use and you can cut your face.
It won't hold charge if it sits for a month after charging. It takes hours to charge while I've gotten my jawline done. I would not suggest this product.
I used the Sonic Smooth Pro & the hair idenitfier spray the other week for my at-home dermaplane! It was amazing & I loved my results. Not having to pay $100+ at a spa for a dermaplane service is great. I can do it at home so easily & it is amazing for beginners.
I just started using the Sonicsmooth dermaplane razor, and I am digging it. Getting rid of that peach fuzz makes me so much happier with my appearance, and skin care absorbs better, and improved makeup application is such a bonus. The system is easy to use, and I am already recommending it to my friends.
I ased purchthe Michael Todd derma planning tool Sonic smooth Pro+ for $110 on sale from their website. They advertise a superior product with a no question asked refund policy.
The derma planning tool looks cheap and the base to charge it is cheap plastic painted chrome to look like metal.
I tried the product and it doesn't work any better than the Sima for $40 on Amazon. The replacement blades for the Michael Todd are also twice the price as other less expensive derma planning tools.
I pointed out the reasons of my dissatisfaction with the product to them and initiated a return. First of all they wanted me to explain in an email my valid reasons for requesting a return after they advertised that they have a no questions asked policy for returns. Then instead of giving me the refund I was requesting they wanted to refund half of it and let me keep the tool. When I found out that the replacement blades were twice the price of the other brands I requested a full refund and a prepaid shipping label.
They provided a prepaid shipping label and did not give me a full refund they kept almost $13 for the shipping. DON'T BE FOOLED

I have purchased a couple of Michael Todd Beauty products. When I experienced issues with them not once but twice, MTB customer service was top notch in taking care of the issues. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind their products.
I saw the video and it was someone spraying something on the face that made the peach fuzz come to light and easy to razor off.
I spent over $100 and received the razor, but there was nothing to put on my face to highlight the hair like it shows in all of the commercials/videos. I have tried in several sensitive areas on my face and it has caused nothing but trouble for me. I was really hoping this would be as wonderful as advertised.
Honestly I was blown away by their customer service. Support emails were replied to promptly - and by humans! That in itself was so refreshing. And they helped me with my replacement accessory without any hassles. Not only that, I think the product itself is excellent. Highly recommended!
