I bought a trailer recieved ot over 2 weeks ago but no paperwork. I've called over 5 times to let them know and still no answer as to when I will get it. Can't use it until I can register it so right now its just a big paperweight and they have no clue as to where the paperwork is they want to reissue it so that will be another 2 weeks im sure. Terrible company to buy any sort of power equipment from. I got a powerhorse 2500i generator in october when my power was cut off. it ran for about 4 1/2 months before i went to start it after the fuel was out one day and when i pulled it i felt resistance and heard a metal clanking. I beleive the control arm or flywheel teeth half suffered a catastrophic failure deep internally. It breaks warranty to look inside and see so i called the closest northern tool an hour away and asked about the warranty process. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 6 WEEKS MINIMUM JUST TO EVEN LOOK AT IT! Also they can charge $50 fee upon drop off for their labor, when they might not even honor the warranty in the first place, and its non refundable btw. They said it could be up to 12-16 weeks after diagnoses for them to be able to repair/replace it. This was the generator i had relied on for all of my power, and i had no money for a new one. We have a v8 truck that chugs gasoline and its expensive and hard enough to even get there in the first place. The warrant states it will be honored in a reasonable amount of time. This is outrageous. They are also the "owners" of the power horse brand, so you have no other coarse of action or method of obtaining your warranty. Also side note i almost lost my receipt, and even though i had to return the first geneator i got the next day because it didnt work out of box, and they also didnt let me refund it(i wanted to because they were gonna make me drop it off to be examined and come back later which is crazy and unreasonable but i had paid cash so i had no choice but to work with them) so they had to see my id and document everything that day. but since i had no receipt at first when i called fore the warranty they were not gonna honor it or work with me at all in any way, even though they clearly had record of me making the purchase months earlier. Extremely shady company that has the worst customer service in person ive dealt with in a long time. I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again.

Northern Tool offers gift cards with purchase but beware, these do not work. They do not stand behind them and the customer service is poor. They waste your time. You can find the same products elsewhere for free shipping which is better than the gift card.

Worst company ever. Called to cancel my order the day after I ordered it, due to shipping delays. They took no ownership because the unit was coming from the manufacturer. Order was never canceled, unit arrived, now I have to pay to return it and a 15% restocking fee.. on an order that should have been cancelled. BUYER BE VERY AWARE!!
