Passwords are the bane of my existence. I'm 75 and keep passwords written down on Index cards. It would be much easier to have verification codes sent to my cell phone number than trying find the specific index card with the current password. I don't like to auto remember passwords because of the risk of hacking. In summary, my experience with Northern Tool has been positive but log ins are difficult.

Waited 10 business days for two rolls of snow fence. Only one arrived. Asked where the second roll is and now I’m waiting for another company to respond to Northern Tool. They sell products they don’t stock themselves and can’t get answers for. So I wait, and IF they ship another, it’ll be another 10 days. So almost 30 days for two rolls of fence is ridiculous. Very disappointed. I will no be doing business here again.

12 Days and Nothing!
I ordered a scaffold from this company on 10 May. The email I received stated I would be able to pick up on the 15th or 22nd. That's a long time in a world where Amazon can deliver next day but I went with it. I called my local store today (22nd) and was told it would be another week. Unacceptable. This is the first and last time I do business with this company. At this point it doesn't matter to me if the product is any good or not.
