Wheel Chock
Pulled up the Northern Tool app. Searched wheel chock, 3 minutes later had a confirmed purchase, and a Thank You.

Great price and seamless ordering process (this time). A bargain on something mainstream that I needed.

Northern Tool Hit the Ball out of the park!I ordered two separate products
I ordered two separate products. Both products arrived on time. They were packaged very well and the contents were in excellent condition.
Excellent customer service.
I purchase a Klutch air compressor that developed issues after 6 months, I called customer service and they shipped a new compressor to me the next day. Highly recommend their products.
The website was easy
The website was easy to follow to get through with my order.
low battery durance
24 inch battery powerd snow blower. $1519 at Lowe's, in 2015, and I WISH I HAD NEVER, NEVER bought it! There are numerous design flaws, or easily provided missing features (e.g. backup) for the price, but the KILLER IS THE LOW LIFE OF TWO (removable, used together, $250+ to replace EACH) 56 volt lithiom-ion BATTERIES that provide barely 35-40 minutes of power on reasonably flat lawn, 6" snow, at 28 degree F temperature. Used it 3 times since purchase and so its not a matter of braking it in. I would not purchase again. My $900 GAS is sooooo much better.
Stay Away from Northern Tool
Very disappointed with Northern Tool & how they handled a issue I had with using a gift card they gave to me for a returned purchase. I wanted to use this gift card with the credit amount from them on it for another purchase but had to cancel it after the order went through, so I was told it would just go back on the gift card. Well, I found out from customer service that it been gone back to a credit card that I no longer have. I am out that amount & they will do nothing to help. Taking my business elsewhere, where I don't get ripped off.

Good selection, great price, easy shopping.
good selection…
I’ve been looking for a good selection of Milwaukee products to see/buy options. I’m happy with NT options but disappointed with website not returning to where I left off after adding to cart, Also wish there was a 1ST RESPONDER discount offered (like many others offer)
