Took more than 2 weeks and several e-mails to finally get garage door opener to ship but of course they had no problem charging my credit card the day the order was placed

I recently purchased two GenieMaster Remotes from North Shore. I had searched around on the internet to find out which replacement remotes would work best for me and to find the best price possible...North Shore fulfilled all my needs by providing the info on which remotes would work with my particular model garage doors and at the best price. They made the entire process so easy and shipped my remotes the next day. I was a little nervous about how to program the remotes but they gave me very clear cut instructions on programming my remotes...I swear it took me fifteen minutes to do all three doors on both remotes...the most difficult and time consuming step was moving the ladder around. I would definitely recommend North Shore to anyone needing garage door replacement parts and will definitely tell my friends and family about their great products and service...Thank you North Shore!

North Shore Commercial Door did an excellent job of filling my order. It filled and shipped my order very quickly. However, my problem was the postal service lost my shipment for some days and it took 11 days to ship from Ohio to California with 1st class mail!! North Shore (Tyler) was very helpful and he continued to work with postal personnel to locate my parcel.

Needed a replacement garage door remote for our car. The remote button was show on the website to work on 2-3 different models(ours was older>10yrs). Ordered 10 pack of garage door rollers. One roller was binding. Did not roll easily. After contact a new roller was immediately sent. Everyone has problems at times. What you do to correct it shows the quality of your company. North Shore stepped up and did the right thing with no hassle. Thank you.
