Ordering and shipping is always great
Ordering and shipping is always great. I have noticed that the white grograin ribbon has started to come off the spool with wrinkles and it used to come off smooth. Not sure what the caused the change. This is my only complaint and I hope they can fix the issue.

Plastic Vinyl Lining in bags sold as 100% Jute
The Jute bags advertised on this site are falsely advertised as 100% Jute. The one's I bought, the heavy natural Jute bags, were lined with vinyl. I do not want to use poisonous plastic products that will harm the planet long after we are all dead. Stop mislabeling this at the least. Ideally stop profiting from pollution.
