discontinued
I wanted the size bag that I normally order and it was out of stock. The sizes that I ordered were smaller thatn I expected (my error), but the shipping is so outrageously expensive that it makes no sense to return the items. Now I see that the item that I usually order has been discontinued, so I will no longer be ordering from Papermart.

Papermart is the best
Papermart is the best. They are the only company of this type to do business. Whether your business is big or small, Parker Mart treats you like a VIP.. I’m not the most tech - minded person. They’ve handled my business in on the phone in the past. They are always patient and kind. Prices are great. They have a vast variety of sizes and products. They never fail to have exactly what I want. I’ve done business with them for years.

I have been ordering for Delivery but will call is still an option
Recently I have been ordering for delivery but I knew I was going to be near the Paper Mart Warehouse and I only had one item that I needed at this time. So I ordered it for pick up. Pulled up to dock, did the e-notification and got the box I ordered. Quick and easy, but I still prefer delivery :).

I usually do not write bad reviews
I usually do not write bad reviews, but you keep asking me, so here it is. I feel compelled to make others aware. I had several new belt buckle products to display and ship and so I ordered 2 sizes of what I thought (from the photos and description) were sturdy and attractive boxes. I don't believe I have ever been so disappointed in a product. It was difficult to assemble because of how flimsy the cardboard material was. My first thought was to return the product for a refund and order something more sturdy from Paper Mart. But their Return policy was so restrictive and full of return and restocking fees, that I decided just to eat the cost and chalk it up to a learning experience. Be careful of what you order, because you're going to be keeping it. This is my first experience with Paper Mart and will probably be my last.
