This service is HORRIBLE

This service is HORRIBLE. I used this service once and beside having a lot of issues online to get it done with a bunch of web errors and 400 http error codes I decided to give it a few changes until I got it to work. However I tried to use it again one year later just to have even more problems from the samsung website. 404 page not found one time trying with different browser, clearing cache and nothing, and support .... well we better dont go there.

Very Poor Service.

The two accounts of my wife and I got blocked for something called security risk. AWe called Pay bright and they cannot provide timely service, they cannot tell you how to solve the situation on a timely manner other than to wait 7 days. They cannot tell you why transactions were not processed. Very poor service and becuase of that we cannot buy what we want on a timely fashion. Very unfortunate;. I hope large retailers such as Samsung and Apple adopt other alternatives for payment methods.
