Great service! I am brand new to Red Pocket after 27+…

I am brand new to Red Pocket after 27+ years with Verizon. I ordered the wrong card type and RP -CS REN was quick to respond, issue refund, and walk me through my reorder. Already off to a good experience! FYI to anyone reading this it is important to use the correct url for cdma purchases :)

The RP CS Ren stayed on this difficult n transfer

The RP CS Ren stayed on this difficult transfer with losing their cool. Don't know why it was so difficult but it literally took more than an hour. The process of changing networks within Red Pocket seemed to be glitchy but the rep was gracious [as was I] and we got through it.

C.S. Shanti; great support agent

C.S. Shanti did a great job trying to get my new Red Pocket SIM to work. This even included a second session after she elevated the problem to a higher level support group. On that session, she worked with me to try the SIM in another phone I had and it worked which meant the problem was with my phone. Although she said the phone must be locked, this didn't seem correct since the specs. stated it was factory unlocked. After we completed the chat, I discovered that although the phone was new, it was a very old model that apparently has only 2G capabilities. I'm pretty sure that was the problem so I have now disposed of the phone and ordered another phone.
