We went to a Reeds location near us but they didn't have anything in my husband's size or that he was drawn to. However we did learn about tantalum, which he thought was really cool. I mean, they use it to make jet engines and rocket ships!😝 We found exactly what he wanted online, and paid to have two day shipping. Since it was made to order, it took about 4 days to ship out, I called to inquire because we didn't realize it was made to order (but we liked that!) The agent on the phone was clear and friendly. The ring got to us fast after it was shipped (we eloped so were on a tight timeline). It came in a nice ring box.

I didnt like that my whole watch had to be replaced because the insurance company that REEDs contracts couldnt switch the clasp on a standard stainless steel Citizen watch band. Nothing fancy. I waited for 10 months until I accepted the buy out option, where I had to repurchase the insurance on the new watch that was identical to the first. It felt like a waist of money to repurchase it when the insurance company just had to switch out the clasp. I feel like iv been swindled into purchasing a new protection plan when the repair was so minor. I feel cheated. Iv shopped with REEDs for many years, but after this, maybe not anymore. Shout out to my faverote REEDs associate, Mrs. America Cruz, Brownsville Tx, mall location, for helping me everytime I go. Whether its a new purchase, update, or adjustment. Gracias Mrs. Cruz!!
