I have used ski.com several times in the last few years. Each time, I experienced professional, personalized expert assistance. For our men’s group trip this year, one of the guys wanted to handle all the details, which he did. However, just two weeks before the big trip, two of us decided to add a few days on the front end. I turned to ski.com and Kristine came through with lodging near the group condo, and a rental car in just a few hours. Ski.com takes the stress out of planning a ski vacation.

Overall great experience, with room for improvement on the platform side. Danielle was absolutely awesome to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when questions came up. Her support really stood out and made a big difference in the overall experience as a travel agent. That said, my main frustration was with the website itself. I didn’t like that I couldn’t really do my own research and had to rely so heavily on someone else for details. I also found it inconvenient having to call without knowing if my agent contact was working at the time. There were a few system glitches as well, especially around repeatedly entering and confirming the children’s ages, which slowed things down. On the positive side, I really liked the convenience of booking everything in one place.
