We are coordinating a trip with people coming in from multiple cities, so we really needed quick response times once everyone was able to confirm flights. Jolie Hickey was incredibly responsive, researching multiple types of accommodations and room requirements - we were able to make everyone happy! PS. She was able to beat VRBO rates on several of the units we looked at!

Mickey was prompt, organized, cheerful, patient with our questions and changes—informative! We are skiing someplace we have never skied before, but we can do so with confidence knowing that Mickey is leading us in the right direction I am also confident in the value of the trip—that what she booked for us would have cost at least the same and probably more if we had booked it ourselves, but it was A WHOLE LOT LESS TROUBLE and quicker to book it with Mickey! She was able to do it all, even last minute!!! And even provided options! THANK YOU for a great process AND product!

I am a travel advisor at E Clarke Travel and have used Katie Morlind to help plan my clients ski trips and this time was a family of 10 going to Zermatt on Dec.26 and because of weather conditions, there flight was cancelled. I worked with Katie over the weekend to redo the whole trip with hotels, transfers, rail, ski guides and restaurant recommendations.
