The date on the site was May 5-7. It arrived May 23. The customer service is non-existent. There was an "issue" with the photos. Re-sent them the same photos. Problem disappeared. Emails from them are not helpful. Rep was downright rude and dismissive. Paid for VIP and faster shipping. Missed the holiday they promised it would be there by. Quality is mid. Avoid.

Absolutely useless. Received the incorrect engraving on my personalised purchase and although I went through the correct channels and received a replacement the quality is absolute garbage. The watch band is WAY too big and even with the stupid little tool they give you it’s impossible to take any links out. Save yourself money and DO NOT order through this piece of shit website. Pissed off is an understatement.
