Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the audio quality is impressively crisp, and the ergonomic design makes the devices extremely comfortable to wear for long daily periods. Many enthusiastic buyers love how affordable these items are while still successfully delivering solid overall performance and reliable battery life for travel.
However, some customers also noted unexpected technical problems regarding connectivity or found that the earbuds simply did not fit securely in their ears. Some people were dissatisfied with customer support interactions and felt that the active noise cancellation features were far less effective than advertised.

My liberty 4 Pro left earbud battery was dying quicker than the right side. So I had reported it on the soundcore app where I had a webchat with their customer support team member called Linda and she helped me resolve the issue within a week and now I have a replacement headphones and Linda went above and beyond to help me with my issue. It’s been a great experience since I’ve had the headphones and even with their support has continued this great experience.

Order never received - no compensation.
Order Number: R020201131288S
My order of a Nebula Capsule 3 was never delivered. I have exchanged phone calls with the company and countless emails. They claimed UPS delivered the product and sent me the alleged proof of delivery. The proof of delivery had the name Johnson printed on it with no signature. My name is Jones and I certainly didn't sign for it. They then claimed they had asked UPS to investigate the loss and claimed UPS had confirmed and proved delivery , however they would not send me this proof. I contacted UPS and they told me the sender had not been in contact with them or asked for an investigation. I sent a screenshot of the conversation with UPS and asked Soundcore to contact UPS. I am now getting the same response over and over:
"The carrier has confirmed that the package arrived intact.
Upon verification, we confirm that no items were missing from this shipment. Since all our packaging processes are monitored and recorded, based on the information currently available, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
You can contact your local police station. Reporting a theft will assist the police investigation. We will also cooperate with the police investigation if necessary.
If you have any further questions or encounter any problems in the future, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your understanding."
They will not acknowledge my conversation with UPS or indeed provide me with signature proof of delivery. As such I am nearly £400.00 down with no product received. Absolutely disgusted with the company.
Best Customer Service. Best value for money. Best noise cancellation. Best quality PHYSICALLY STRONG EAR BUDS. BEST CHARGING.

I bought the sport X20 ear buds with over the ear hook and they are brilliant. Comfortable with great sound and will never fall out of my ears. So much better than the Apple ones that refused to stay in place
Absolutely crazy, Ive bought 2 outdoor speakers 3 years ago, and upgraded them and bought 2 more last year. I liked them, good price, good app.. This year they upgraded their app. Whoever is in-charge of the app should be fired and never be in-incharge again. Who thought it would be a good idea to ad extra features that slows down the app and tripples the wait time to load. Adding Ai, was a mistake, i never use it, and it slows down the app. NEVER will I buy your speakers again. I usually upgrade every year, looking for a new company with a app that doesnt take forever to load.

This refers to ANKAR Soundcore support…UAE
This refers to ANKAR Soundcore support in UAE. Totally useless. for almost 8 weeks they promise pick up of a prematurely failed projector by a courier. No courier turns up (ever). They promise to change the courier, but don't. The reply emails are probably AI chatbots, heap sincere apologies and promising the issue has been escalated. Of course it hasn't and 8 weeks later, it is like groundhog day.
Are you talking about the website or the product? The product which I thought would be simple to use still sits in t's box. I was looking for sound cancelling but when you put the headphones on you can still hear everything,it's just muffled. Are there more instruction for use?

Sleep A20 good at first, then firmware update affected buds' battery life - only good for 6 months. Buying another brand
At first, the Sleep A20 buds were good. The masking helped me sleep and drown out some tinnitus I have. However, after 5 months they seemed to work intermitently even though the two buds and the case were charged. Then it got worse. Two weeks ago (so 6 months post-purchase), a firmware upgrade popped up. I'm always a bit wary of these, but could not find a way to dismiss it so I clicked on the big check mark. Ever since that firmware update, the buds run out of power early morning hours. The weird thing is the case still shows 100% charged. I went to the website, and they just said reboot it and walked me through it. But it made no difference. Then they said they wouldn't guarantee it because it was purchased at a shop that wasn't on their list.. what?

Refuses to honor warranty, attempts to scam customers with 50% refunds.
If you expect Soundcore to honor their warranty, look elsewhere. I purchased the Soundcore Space One headphones, which suffered a critical hardware failure only 7 months into the 12-month warranty period. Soundcore Support (Ticket #ANKER-TND9156135331) acknowledged the defect but claimed they were out of stock for a replacement.
Instead of issuing a full refund or an upgraded model as required by consumer protection laws, they tried to illegally haggle with me, offering a 60% refund, which they later downgraded to a 50% refund, penalizing me for their own inventory shortages. They are holding my money hostage.
I have officially filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket #9338090) for unfair trade practices. Avoid this brand at all costs—their warranty is entirely worthless, and their customer service treats legally binding agreements like a flea market negotiation.
Got myself Sleep A20. It was comfortable on the ear, but the noise masking is a joke—it's not effective at all. I only used it for one night and decided to return it. The return process was very weird, but managed to do so after several email exchange. On the bright side, the companion software was good. I really don't recommend this unless they add an effective active noise-canceling feature
I struggle with ear buds fitting in one of my ears. It's either uncomfortable after a short time or they just sort of squeeze out.
I originally settled on finding over-ear headphones, but found open-ear during my research.
I purchased a different brand before soundcore and those were okay, but still weren't quite right. I returned those and got the AeroFit which are just shy of perfect.
I wear glasses most of the time, so I have to negotiate with battling arms when I wear both. I've had a minor issue with them falling off of my ear if I'm working out and laying on my side, but I mostly blame sweat and gravity.
Additionally, I find that if I have both on and the volume is at a certain level, I can't hear my surroundings. So, if you're thinking of buying them, keep this in mind and test them to see what your preference is before using them in a place you want to be able to hear surrounding sounds.
The sound quality is good, the adjustment feature of the arm is brilliant, and fairly comfortable for long-term wear. Overall, I love my AeroFit and won't be going back to "regular" earbuds anytime soon.

Positive experience customer service
I had a very positive experience with Soundcore, especially with their customer support.
I reported that my A20 Sleep Earbuds became defective after some time. They immediately sent me a replacement, which unfortunately was also defective. However, the support team handled my case professionally and stayed engaged until the issue was fully resolved. Communication was good, and they took responsibility, which I really appreciated.
I received a new replacement just in time before my holiday, and the A20 Sleep Earbuds are now working perfectly.
Overall, great service. Highly recommended.

Anker/Soundcore is Absolute Garbage
Anker/Soundcore is Absolute Garbage – Never Buy From This Scam Company
Bought the AeroFit Pro 2 earbuds and their worthless neckband. Their AI assistant told me the neckband was compatible — it wasn’t. The volume down button didn’t work either. When I tried to return them, they forced me to take pictures, log into their stupid app, and accept their ridiculous user terms just to get a return label. Even though they claim you can return or refund “for any reason,” they kept trying to send me a replacement pair instead of the refund I clearly requested. Then they spent weeks dragging their feet over the measly $10 neckband refund after I returned both items together.
Their customer service is an absolute joke — every email takes 1-2 full days just to get back some lazy, half-assed scripted nonsense that solves nothing.
Their privacy policy is downright disgusting. They openly collect sleep, health, and biometric data (including activity patterns from their earbuds and app), then state they can share your personal data with “any relevant party, regulatory body, governmental authority, law enforcement agency or court” for the “prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences” or whenever they “believe in good faith” it’s needed.
A Chinese company vacuuming up your sleep patterns and movement data, then ready to hand it over to the government on demand? Hard pass.
Mediocre junk products, abysmal support, and creepy invasive data harvesting.
Stay far away from Anker and Soundcore. Complete trash. Do not waste your money.
Extremely happy with these earbuds . I even ordered a 2nd pair to carry with me . Sound is great and I highly recommend these as you can download the app for soundcore and change some settings . Bought my first pair from Amazon last year and my new ones from Walmart

Worst customer service and incompetent asf. I called to see if I can get a replacement ear bud charging case. The rep said yes thats covered in warranty. I said really ok cool. Sent me an email. Why today I get response we dont cover that. Why in the f your did the rep over the phone said it was. I said that was waste of 10 mins over the phone. Just ridiculous. If you work in customer service, if you dont know then put on hold and ask. She put me on hold twice. I said this dont make no sense. Smh the worst customer service. The headphones dont last till what maybe a 2 yrs. Just garbage. I will eventually go back to beats but using these for now till I get straightened around. If I was anyone, jbl is your best bet. Go there or amazon.
