I paid $230 for their sleep A30 earbuds, in Feb 2026. They have been nothing but trouble. First they didn’t work correctly because you have to download an extremely complicated app, then you have to spend hours trying to figure out how to set them up to just work. After all that more than half the time one ear bud won’t be charged, Even though they were both lit up in the charging station, and plugged in to the wall outlet. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent.
I lost my earbuds case when I got hit by a car on my bicycle and could not find an exact replacement. I reached out to support and they sent me a link to purchase product I needed. Fast friendly and compassionate…. Highly recommened!
Good for general overall use, outside or in a quieter environment. Microphone seems to work well in most environments. Not good for a noisy coffee shop or on an airplane. In either mode, it was very difficult to hear in those environments. Was watching a movie on a plane and had to use close captioning because it was very difficult to hear at full volume.
The Soundcore Aerofit 2 Pro are an incredible product but they definitely feel like a 1st gen product. If normal over-ear headphones are noise blocking centric with some awareness, then these are awareness centric with some noise blocking. I think the noise canceling capabilities are great but fragile. I push the buds into my ear and create a seal and the ANC kicks in when the tragus of the ear covers the sensors. I work between a store and a warehouse so the AF2P are perfect for having open awareness the majority of the time and just the occasional ANC for loud trucks or pallet jacks at the warehouse. Practically speaking, the AF2P have 3 modes: completely open (when they're moved all the way to back of your ear opening), a partially blocked mode when you move them to rest in front of the ear canal (great for blocking out a bit of noise and making the volume louder), and then when you put the buds into your ear canal, create a seal, and the ANC turns on. I enjoy using all three of these scenarios throughout my day for those use cases. 1. The bud tips are hard so they eventually slide out of your ear just from the pressure no matter what you do. You have to make sure your ears are clean just for them to have a chance of staying in for 15 or 20 minutes. 2. The sensors are in a bad spot that results in the ANC not always kicking in even though I have at least a partial seal with the buds in my ear. 3. I say the noise canceling is fragile because any amount of moving makes them slip out - talking, chewing, walking, some times just turning your head to the side. A. Soundcore should make the tips of the buds softer, like the material of normal in-ear bud tips so that they can be wedged into ears better. B. The sensors should go on the bottom curve of the buds so they engage anytime you twist the earbuds C. The bottom of the ear buds are used often for moving the earbuds and get pressed a ton while trying to get them to fit just right. The quality of the earbuds were not good and then the customer service is abysmal. I've been trying to send back a pair of earbuds and I have to pay for shipping myself and get a return approved by the company before I can submit it in a 30 day window. It's ridiculous. I've been emailing back and forth with their AI support team to get a refund on the warranty I don't need for a product I don't want and it's impossible. I'm so irritated.
Package never arrived or was stolen. Never contacted or kept in the loop. I checked the mailroom everyday and never saw a package. I finally reached out and never got a response. Please follow up with customers. I am out $50 now.

The sound is great as well as the noise cancellation. Unfortunately I am still struggling, after a couple weeks, to find the right combination of ear-wings and earbud tips to sleep on my side without pain. I was hoping that the would be less noticeable / large in my ears. I have to cup my hand on my ear to avoid pressure in my ear from the actual plastic earbud. Once I’m asleep I’m okay. I have noticed that if I wake up in the middle of the night, I need to remove the earbuds. But they’ve made a BIG difference in helping me fall asleep with my husband’s snoring.
The product is a first of it's kind and I love being able to have my soundings heard or rotate headphones to cover the ear opening with noise reduction. The only upgrade I would suggest is a way to seal them into your ear when needed. Maybe a silicon or rubber removable optional seal? I Just traveled to Peru and 20 hours in airplanes. Without being able to seal into my ear the plane is still very loud. If you put a sweatband around your head and over your ears you can achieve much better noise reduction. I would say it crosses over into noise canceling at that point. Otherwise, these are superb. I would buy them again.
Love the sound & different adjustments. Easy to wear with the exception that the ear piece adjustment "cones" are not a good shape for my ears. I am using the largest ones and the ear buds still fall out.
