Customer service Patrick & Alex are…

Customer service Patrick & Alex are very patient & knowledgable. My only complaint is if the premium internet glitches on tv while watching pre-recorded shows - it will stop the program your watching & load up a new line of options to watch & then automatically spin to next program. Frustrating during football season on youtube tv. Also Prime doesn’t load very well at all. We are in a Mt. RV resort but our internet tower is literally 15-20 ft in front of us. So that’s the only unexplainable problem.
