I bought tickets to go to Joe Rogan…

I bought tickets to go to Joe Rogan last weekend and since they weren’t in my name they wouldn’t let me in and I have yet to get a refund. I kept calling them all last week to have them change the tickets to my name and was calling up until when we were actually on our way to the event. They kept promising that my new tickets were being sent to my email but what they finally ended up sending was a picture of the original purchasers ID half blocked out 30 minutes after the show started. Of course the venue did not accept it and not only did we not get to see the show but I am out $500. I was so hopeful that they would help figure it out but it just never happened. Not a great experience at all unfortunately.

We got to the event and it was in a different location so my sons birthday present was ruined.

All in all a good transaction

All in all a good transaction. Crazy high service fees but I guess that's pretty commonplace now. I was able to meet the seller and get my tickets the day of the show. No complaints.

Will use again

Went to the NASCAR race and did the mobile ticket transfer, I was nervous cuz I tried it before through a different company and it didnt work. Ticketcity was amazing. If I emailed them concerned they contacted me back within 2 days, and I actually got my tickets this year a week before the event instead of the day before. I will be using ticketcity again.

SCAM! None of my tickets worked for my event. I ended up having to buy more tickets. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

Paid more than double through ticket…

Paid more than double through ticket city $130 ea w fees. Added another ticket through a different vendor and it was $66 with fees for a row up and more toward center. Not cool.

You guys suck and are a money hungry company. I accidentally ordered tickets from you becz I tght show was any age and u guys wldnt refund me! No one used tickets I lost out on money I really needed. I hope u all eat good at night and have a good home. I will tell anyone i know not to use Ticket city.

You sucked ass

You sucked ass I did not know you were a third party seller and only got in to concert what I must assume was a comp set of tickets from The Golden Nugget Resort and Casino of Lake Charles, LA. I will never use you again and will tell all of those I have occasion to speak text or share with to avoid Ticket City at ALL COST!

Could have been so much better

The acrobats were great. The dogs were cute. The female dancers and the young children were inappropriately dressed for family entertainment.
