What people say
Poor website design
Poor website design, customer service is little to no help at all and their guarantee has no weight at all. I would use any other site before Ticket City.

I was way overcharged for mediocre tickets. I was told that the there were only a few left when there were several seats in the stadium. I paid a $49.00 dollar service charge and $36.00 per ticket when the tickets were only $20.00 each at the gate. Totally a rip off!
