I purchased tickets to the Alabama vs Texas game months ago. Ticketcity took my money but never put the tickets in my account. When I called them 2 hours before game time I talked to 3 different agents who all promised different things: that I’d get the tickets, that they’d replace the tickets, that they would give us a full refund. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. We couldn’t get into the game (despite paying thousands for it and flying all the way down to Austin). It ruined my 30th birthday. It ruined our weekend. This is a disgraceful company. STAY FAR AWAY.
Hiccup getting in to event! Purchasing the tickets was a breeze but…
Purchasing the tickets was a breeze but when it came to getting in to the event the people checking us in couldn’t read the tickets with their scanners. Other people in the same predicament started piling up and finally they just told us to go in.
Totally a scam outfit. Thought I was buying Chris Stapleton tickets for 500$ but got porcupine ( who the heck is that band) Disputed charge but apparently in very small print, they do not refund. After I dropped dispute they got there money but refused to send tickets. I was hoping to recoup some money by reselling. Do NOT buy tickets here.
When a person spends $800.00 plus dollars non-refundable and the uncertainty of a positive transaction are concerning to say the least.
I may be old school and by the way the concert was great!

I selected Friday Sept 2nd but the ticket you sent me was dated Aug 30. Which I didn't see! The person at the gate was very understanding and gave me new tickets. The price of your tickets are way too much. I will never use you guys again, as I will be buying my tickets at the gate. George Walker
I purchase a football ticket and I couldn’t transfer it. I called customer service and they said they would send it to another email. They never did. I called again and that’s when they told me, it was nothing they can do. Refuse to give me a refund. Thank God for pay pal…. I will never use this company again.
I bought my ticket the same day as the concert. The electronic ticket was sent to me in less than a minute, it was a very fast service that alleviated my stress by a lot!
