What people say

Never got tickets or refund

Never got tickets or refund. Most dishonest and non-trustworthy site I have ever used. Pleas never use this site… They will surely delete this review so I’m taking a screenshot to document their filtering of reviews…should have just admitted mistake and made reparations…but no kept the charade up with their low paid Chinese workers. I questioned worker and she admitted she spoke little English and was given a script. What scumbags this ticketcity is hurting their customers and taking advantage of foreign low paid workers.NEVER,NEVER USE TICKETCITY….

Call if you’re frustrated…

If you call their number, they will work with you to resolve your issues. I was so frustrated before I called. The service agent was patient and listened to my concerns. We finally figured out, I was using the wrong browser to download my tickets. It was smooth sailing after that. Thanks for all your help!

Scammed??

We were really excited to go to a monster truck event for my friends youngest son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the day before the event, I received an email stating it has been postponed. More unfortunately, I spent nearly $500. Most unfortunately, we cannot go any other time. With all this being said, I requested a refund. I was told since the event was postponed and not cancelled, I could not receive one. Their resolution was for me to then try and sell tickets on my own for an unknown time/day. This is not an appropriate response. I do not sell tickets-Ticketcity does. Then I was told I am not aloud to speak with any supervisors and the phone employee said “I will now politely disconnect the call.” She hung up on me. I then searched the truck show website and couldn’t find any mention of the show in my city-at all. In fact, there was a show listed for a city for that date in a completely different state. Now I’m concerned it was a scam. I believe Ticketcity knew there was not going to be a show in my city and moved forward with selling me the tickets anyway. Perhaps, they are hoping it’s too much of an inconvenience for the buyers to try to get their money back, so Ticketcity can profit. It’s disgusting and I absolutely will be following this through. I will never purchase tickets through Ticketcity again.
