We bought tickets to the Romeo concert…

We bought tickets to the Romeo concert that took place last weekend. Very disappointed 1 day before the concert we were notified that we will not be able to attend. I called that same day and the lady told me the concert had be cancelled. I went on the Internet the same night of the concert and he did come to Tampa to perform. I then called back on Sunday and the guy told me it was a private event why sell tickets if it is going to private. We will never use you guys again and it was a very crappy experience.

Inaccurate Information About Ticket Delivery

The representative on the phone was really nice. But he incorrectly told us our ticket would be deliver via email and we would use a QR code for entry. I asked three times if that was the case and he assured me it was. Then we found out from another rep that called that was not the case, and we had to go pick it up at a local shipping store. Please ensure the reps give out accurate instructions.

They do not offer refunds

They do not offer refunds. AT ALL! Also it seems to be a consistent failure to update the schedule. I bought tickets for a show that didn’t even exist and asked for money back after I noticed. They said no and that there will be no refund. Beware.

Easy as Pie

Purchasing tickets for the event was very easy. I would rate it 5 stars if I could download the tickets into my Apple wallet and transfer tickets.

University of Illinois parking

Purchased parking for an Illinois football game in advance. Paid for lot 46, received a pass for Lot 49 (farther away and no grass). No acknowledgement this might happen; no refund in cost. Also, cost at the event = $25 to park. These guys charged $68 with fees. I understand the secondary market charges up, but really?? First time, last time. I'll never use them again.

The customer service was awful and we never received our ticket. They were rude and said that if we argue the payment they would win. We asked for proof tickets were sent and they couldn’t provide it. Scam

This business is a joke

This business is a joke. I purchased tickets and less than 2 hours the event was postponed. Recently the event was rescheduled for a different year and day of the week. I will no longer be in town to see the event next year. They refuse to do anything to help.

My baby boy loved it!!!

I took me son to the pits and we had a great time meeting the racers, looking at the cars and hearing all the loud noises!!!!
