Sam was super helpful, I haven't really used TodayTix and wasn't aware of how Ticket Protection works but they walked me through everything and find a solution just a couple of days before the performance! Sadly our show was cancelled 15 mins before it started but TodayTix handled it well and offered a voucher at first but Sam was able to issue a refund to the original payment with no problems! Hopefully we will get to rebook the show before it ends!
