BEWARE! FAKE Insta360 X3 Extended Selfie Stick

I just bought the Insta360 X3 Extended Selfie Stick and the buying proces and delivery went smooth. BUT the product is NOT ORIGINAL. I've carefully checked the product and compared it with the original and it's clear that THIS IS A FAKE PRODUCT. Would NOT recommend at all.

Toptom is Good

Toptom so far has been absolutely brilliant, however the item I purchased which was at approx £80 GBP has now gone up to approximately £93 GBP within a few weeks and I bought about 6pcs at £80gbp each,I am not happy that the same item price has gone up by over £10gbp after I made few purchases, I wanted to buy more but not I cannot because re-selling the item now would not be beneficial for myself. Thank you

Seems like a scam

Bought the FLSUN V400 3D Printer, but now the order is on hold for over a week without any notice as to why from tomtop. There is no support contact available which means if your order has any problems there is nothing you can do. I probably have to contact my credit card provider to cancel the payment, I would advise anyone to avoid this hassle and choose another seller. Edit: Regarding the reply of tomtop: That‘s just a lie, my credit card has already been charged last week. I‘m going to contact Visa to cancel the payment, very disappointed.

Bought before let down this time

Bought several items from here, but my last purchase (solar test meter) was broken and did not function from day one. Several E mails from an obscure E mail address advised me to take it to be fixed locally, Its sad they have let themselves down this time, my advice is steer clear Now it reads order cancelled but I have paid for it . .

Very dissapointed

Very dissapointed. Ordered a smart doorbel which don't work properly with all instructions in Chinese. When I asked for a return they didn't even reply to my request. Do not recommend to anyone. Just for piece of mind stay away.

Una estafa total

Reseña en Español: Esta reseña habla de un disco duro que adquirí en esta tienda. Es una estafa, no lo compres. Hacen ofertas cada pocos días para que te pienses que te estás perdiendo una oportunidad para comprar el producto más barato, pero lo que te llega es un disco duro que queda inútil al poco rato. La caja en la que viene es vieja y no parece nueva para nada, por encima viene con un código de barras como si la hubiesen comprado en una tienda local de China. El disco dejó de funcionar correctamente al poco de usarlo y incluso congeló mi ordenador, quise apelar una devolución pero me ignoraron al volver a escribirles me intentaron regatear de una manera muy poco profesional que ninguna empresa seria haría. Quise mirar la garantía en la garantía del disco en si haber si podía apelar una sustitución con el fabricante, en este caso Western Digital, en su página para comprobar la garantía no solo ponía que la garantía se había acabado en 2021 sino que el disco que tenía ese número de serie era un disco de 1 TB. La conclusión que he sacado a partir de lo anterior mencionado me hace pensar que han cogido una caja vieja del disco que se supone que estás comprando, le han puesto una carcasa de un Western Digital de otro disco, ya que el número de serie con el que comprobé la garantía estaba en la carcasa (el mismo número de serie que al ser introducido en la página indicaba que no era el modelo que se supone que he comprado), y el disco en si que han metido en la carcasa sabe dios si es un disco usado o otro disco de peor calidad, pues como ya he indicado se averió al poco de usarse. En conclusión no compres este disco es una estafa ya que no te están vendiendo el disco real y no querrán hacerse responsables si no funciona luego. De hecho no compres en esta tienda, está claro que no son de fíar. English Review: This review talks about a hard drive that I bought from this store. It's a scam, don't buy it. They make offers every few days so you think you're missing an opportunity to buy the product cheaper, but what you get is a hard drive that becomes useless shortly after. The box it comes in is old and doesn't look new at all, on top of that it comes with a barcode as if it had been bought at a local store in China. The hard drive stopped working properly shortly after using it and even froze my computer, I wanted to appeal for a refund but they ignored me when I wrote back to them and tried to haggle in a very unprofessional way that no serious company would do. I wanted to check the warranty on the hard drive itself to see if I could appeal for a replacement with the manufacturer, in this case Western Digital, but when I checked their website to verify the warranty, it not only said that the warranty had expired in 2021 but also that the hard drive with that serial number was a 1 TB drive. The conclusion I've drawn from the above mentioned makes me think that they've taken an old box of the hard drive that you're supposed to be buying, put a casing from a Western Digital of another hard drive, since the serial number I checked the warranty with was on the casing (the same serial number that when entered on the website indicated that it wasn't the model I was supposed to have bought), and the hard drive itself that they've put in the casing, God knows if it's a used hard drive or another lower quality hard drive, since as I've already mentioned, it broke down shortly after using it. In conclusion, don't buy this hard drive, it's a scam because they're not selling you the real hard drive and they won't want to take responsibility if it doesn't work later. In fact, don't buy from this store, it's clear that they're not trustworthy.

LEGAL SCAMMERS

The product is fine but if you ask for a legal invoice you will understand clearly that this company does not pay taxes. They do the fish and never send it properly. After asking for a proper invoice multiple times, there is a VAT number missing, no date, no adress, etc. They are not straightforward in telling you the truth and they try to pull your hair and play with your patience.

TomTop does not adhere to their product warranty

I am extremely disappointed by TomTop. They do NOT adhere to their product warranty - even after I sent them the requested video showing that the pen is not working! They did not want to refund me the pen and it obviously did not work after I received it. I was not able to connect it to my Xiaomi Pad 5. See the attached video Iink. A lot of trouble and wasted money. Update: They now ban my product review. Totally scam.
