Die Antwort: Die Ware wurde aber geliefert. Ich so: Ja klar, die Ware ist aber defekt. Antwort: Schicken sie uns bitte einen YouTube Link. NIE WIEDER HIER EINKAUFEN!!!!! What a f... store. I could vomit! The delivered goods are defective and the support asks for a YouTube link. So I created a link and sent it over there. The answer: the goods were delivered. I say: Yes, of course, but the goods are defective. Answer: Please send us a YouTube link. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!

My order, which was ordered on TOMTOP on 10/18/2022. it did not arrive even after almost 2 months, although they guaranteed delivery in a maximum of 18 working days. From the tracking of the shipment, it is evident that the shipment was delivered on 14.11.2022. losses. From 15.11.2022. I correspond with their customer service, who only says to be patient and send me a follow-up link because they claim that everything is fine (over 15 emails). Order an item for £122.01 4 days ago logged on to check order status and there asking for payment of £150 and saying g old order canceled yet I haven't had a refund or any communication saying my order was canceled!! Chinese scammers

I lost 786kr

I purchased a thermal printer the 31st of October. It arrived quite fast but also stopped working quite fast, after only 2 times i used it. I paid it almost 800kr. I opened it and found out there are broken pieces inside. I contacted tomtop, and realized that I have never received a email after my purchase, so I did not have an order number. I provided all the informations i could including a screenshot that clearly shows money transfer from my account to tomtop.com, they told me nothing corresponds and they just started to ignore me since then. So I feel scammed. I lost 786kr and i will never ever purchase on this website again.

Broken product! No support! Ignorance!

Broken product, no support, no answer, ignorance!!! I bought a Lenovo LP40 headphone from them, the product was broken from the first day of delivery! And totally stopped working after 10 days! I contact customer service with all 3 methods they mentioned on their website: 1- website support message 2- email support services 3- Facebook messenger support services And I got no response! Nothing at all! They just easily ignore everything! DO NOT waste your money buying broken things from them!

Received broken device,no refund

I ordered a underwater fishing camera for about 150aud. The product arrived and wasn't working. After contacting tomtop there was a brief attempt to pretend that I would get help in a way. They asked me to record the issue and they would send it to their specialists. So I did. Then a email followed saying that I could bring the device to a local shop to let it repair and they would pay partial for the cost. I asked what they mean with "partial" as I paid 150aud for a working product, not for a broken one, I was convinced that I should get a full refund or a new working product.In the next email tomtop offered me 20aud to solve the problem. I refused. After that tomtop came up with 30aud. Which is really a joke. However, I asked if I couldn't simply return the device and get a new one send. Tomtop answered that I can do this, but I have to pay the shipping cost and it could get lost in China and then I would have basically nothing. This sounded like a promise to me. I didn't send it. I didn't get any money back and lost it all. I just hope I can prevent some other people to lose their money to this company.
