I received my parcel yesterday after almost a month.
I'm happy cause I finally have it but I think they should put on the website all the delays they are having with the shipping. And also they dont have a good customer service as they dont reply the emails.
I would only buy again if im not in a rush and i cant find the product elsewhere.

Ordered a drone on 20th april, money taken straight away, email sent 3days later saying dispatched , checked & its still in china after 1 week, email ignored.
Card company is next step to reclaim payment .

Well i haven't received the product yet so the sale has not been completed yet. So far everything has been going smoothly. I paid for the 3-6 day delivery and i am hoping it gets here in 3-4 days. The only thing im not pleased with is how long it took to process the initial payment so that the helicopter could be put into transaction. Hopefully i said that right.

Wltoys x450 Plane 10 days to arrive from EU warehouse it’s not bad considering Covid 19 and Eastern in the middle . I did a quick test and seems to work properly the package was in good condition no scratch no smashed I’m happy

I ordered the ASUS ZenFone Max Plus M1 Mobile Phone ZB570TL smartphone through TomTop online shop. It corresponds to the description except for the claimed battery capacity. I used the battery charge meter several times but the charged capacity never reached 4,130 mAh. The actual capacity was always around 3,800 mAh.
There is no flash LED for taking selfies.
Enclosed User's instructions are only in Chinese. No English version.
I only have one complaint about it, I bought a Water Proof Watch and it came out damaged. You didn't solve the problem and I got it spoiled.

On Thursday last week, I bought some sanitizers from the website and I received an email saying my order was successfully placed. Until today (5 days later) the website was showing that my order is being processed, and this morning I received an email saying the item was sold out and cannot be shipped anymore, and they will return my money! very disappointing indeed!
Their products are cheap and several I have received don't work. Then they want you to send a video of the problem after I have told them it doesn't work or doesn't keep time. Done with them. Save your money and stress.
