A lot of interesting items, good support. The shipping is as usual from a remote land so custom time make the delivery slow.

4 stars instead of 5 because after several days a purchase I made they asked me +3$ for shipment fees.
i bought a wltoy rc car that was $100 on April 4 and i still don't have it im thinking i mite of got scammed. and i am only 10 i had to by it my self.
it is nothing like amazon were it actually shows you if it is shipped or if close to shipping the item.
I've ordered loads of things from TomTop, from camera accessories, tools and even an egg incubator. I've never had any problems or issues with them.
One star was removed only because some of the descriptions leave a bit to be desired, they can be unclear at times and their format isn't standard. If recommend anyone ordering things, especially components or batteries checks and double checks the specification to make sure they're ordering what they really want.
Had an issue with a 3D Printer Mainboard purchased from Tomtop and was concerned with warranty support for the product, but Tomtop came through. It took a bit of back and forth with their courteous customer support, but once the issue was determined, the failed part was replaced. Took a while for the part to be shipped, but now my 3D printer is up and running properly. I would have no problem doing business with this company again.

My electric bike has arrived six days after placing the order and was in very good order. The assembly of it I managed OK because I've experience in such items, certainly not because of the user manual which is not very helpful at all.
The bike, so far seems to be a very good product and good value for money, It would help however if the plug on the charger was a UK plug and not a European one, I had to go and purchase an adaptor.As mentioned above the user manual is not very helpful and you'll need to seek help and instructions online, no list of dealers in case something goes wrong during the warranty period etcc..the product however seems of good quality and if the rest improves it would be ace
The first order had a defect in it. I bought a headlight for a bicycle and the wire is exposed because the screw was lose. I contacted Tomtop via email and sent a picture of the unit. They would not do anything. So I'm stuck with something that works but has an expose wire installed in a bicycle that is exposed to the elements. Not really safe to use. I tried to screw it back but it keeps coming off.
Rocky start to order, I did not like how the card payment verification checks are done, asking for photographs of credit cards seemed dodgy, I had to speak with my credit card providers fraud department before proceeding, and will still keep monitoring as I'm still not confident of legitimacy of this. After a couple of e. Mails with customer service, which I had some difficulty with responses the ebike was despatched. I was pleasantly surprised how quick the delivery was in the end. Although not used bike yet has arrived through Ups in good condition and looks to be as advertised. Shame UK adapter plug for charging was not with bike it came with European one. Excited to get out and about. With some small improvements to communication, and payment processTomtop warehouse could achieve excellence and prevent some of the poor reviews and mistrust they receive.
The order was refunded, but that is not completely good, you can not announcing free shipping and then say by email I have to pay a shipping, this situation made me lost time for buy my product

I want to let you know that when I order from wish.com I do not get charges on my ATM card to order from them if you want a better your service will people in the US you should get that eliminated so people don't have to find it on their billing from their credit card or their ATM card
Since warehouse was nearby delivery was super fast, to fast actually. I wanted to cancle my delivery and contacted the support which answered rather quickly but due to the support being outsourced there were significant delays between answers. Long story short, now i will not accept package and hopefully be reimbursed asap. Altogether good support and delivery speed tho.
