I have not received my order yet but it…

I have not received my order yet but it said it was shipped. I can not track it because the web site it takes me to after I click the track my order (or what ever it says). I take me to a web page that says "sorry there was an error 404" on the web page.??? I do have to tracking number an my order number but cant track it????

Great website with a wide range of things

TomTop is a great website with a wide range of things you can buy ...for now on this is my go to website when i need something....my experience was great at the moment im tracking my package i bought online ...and it looks like its coming thru pretty fast

The first time they were wrong but then they were perfect

Edit: after the bad Christmas experience (basically I chose them because they promised fast delivery from European warehouse, because I had planned to give away the goods purchased for January 6, 2021 .. but although I had also foreseen a grace period, after weeks from the request , the goods had not yet been sent to me but in the meantime they had put back on sale the item that they said to me out of stock, which made me very irritated and at the same time forced me to buy another gift, since the purchase made by them it was far from coming ---- After some waste of time and discussion I got my refund and I was left with only anger. ------ Now, after a couple of months, I TRY AGAIN, hoping that not being plus the Christmas period, there would have been no other hitches and so it was, because in 6 days I received a well packed package (from warehouse in Germany) with the goods working correctly .----- As right, I corrected there my review but with only 4 stars because maybe in NAtale I was just unlucky but the crime was there, partially rebalanced now. ----------------------------------------------------- Edit: dopo la pessima esperienza natalizia (in sostanza li scelsi perché promettevano consegna veloce da deposito Europeo, perché avevo programmato di regalare la merce acquistata per il 6 gennaio 2021 .. ma nonostante io avessi previsto anche un periodo di tolleranza, dopo settimane dalla richiesta, la merce non mi era ancora stata spedita ma nel frattempo avevano rimesso in vendita l'articolo che a me dicevano esaurito, cosa che mi fece irritare non poco e contemporaneamente mi costrinse a comprare un altro regalo, dato che l'acquisto fatto da loro era ben lontano dall'arrivare ---- Dopo qualche perdita di tempo e discussione ottenni il rimborso e mi rimase solo l'arrabbiatura. ------ Ora, dopo un paio di mesi, CI HO RITENTATO, sperando che non essendo più il periodo natalizio, non ci sarebbero stati altri intoppi e così è stato, perché in 6 giorni ho ricevuto un pacco bene imballato (da deposito in Germania) con la merce correttamente funzionante. ------- Come giusto, ho corretto la mia recensione ma con solo 4 stelle perché magari a NAtale sono stato solo sfortunato ma il fattaccio c'è stato, riequilibrato in parte ora.

Prices were very competitive but…

Prices were very competitive but Customer Services could be better. Ordered an item recently from their EU warehouse which is based in Germany. Normal deliveries take about 3-5 days. But I knew there may be delays due to the current global situation. However, when the borders closed due to the new Covid strain in the UK things got complicated. GLS, the courier's used by Tomtop, cancelled/postponed all deliveries to the UK. This I don't have an issue with and I'm sympathetic given the situation. However, the issue was with a lack of updates. Tomtop didn't appear to be aware of the situation with GLS and kept saying to wait a bit longer. I was having to do all the chasing! Then when I tried to cancel the order, was told not possible as it was in transit. So the only option was to wait with no idea if and when I might receive it. To my surprise, the tracking that had not been updated for a week, had an update to show the 3D printer I ordered was in the UK with Parcel Force. Within 24hrs of that update I received my printer. I am extremely happy with the printer, my son is over the moon albeit a belated Xmas present. Despite all the issues, overall I'm generally happy but for the lack of communication and updates given. I will still use Tomtop for future orders, but not for items I need sooner than later.

tomtop.com is a great site their prices are affordable. Although the goods that I order come from chine, the shipping is free, express and duty free. When I order my items it take about 7 days at most to arrive. The universal cell phone signal boosters they sell are great. Even though they are 3G they solved my signal problems. I ordered 5 of them already and I recommend them to people.

Great discount on a normally expensive Xmas present... Received it exactly 7 days after order, even if ordering from a warehouse in an other country (from Germany to France). Payment with credit cards requires an extra step through email (24h, customer service us really fast sending the emails), so shipment might be even faster if payment is through PayPal.

I have been purchasing items through Tomtop for a couple of years now. Their order process and shipping is very good. Most of the items I have ordered have been very good however some items are of poor quality. For the most part, I am very happy with Tomtop and will continue to purchase items through this company.

I rarely order from here

I rarely order from here, but I am happy with the purchases. What’s annoying, though, is that after each order, the store asks me to send a photo of my credit card to confirm the purchase. I think it's illegal. That's why I order less often.
