I uploaded a trademark classification file with classes and descriptions last week twice through online chat, but the rep didn't update the correct info in my application, and when it is in e signature page, the info is incorrect, I'm not happy with that... but then I contact Trademark Engine, and one of the rep Ryan, did look up the chat history and help with the revision process patiently, so I'm grateful that someone did actually helping me, instead of causing more trouble. We need more people like Ryan who are actually working and do their job right, people who work hard deserve more than just respect, also a huge thank you.

I signed up expecting a $45 filing fee, then without clear disclosure, I was hit with an unexpected $450 pending charge. The site repeatedly funnels you through upsells and paywalls that quickly push costs into the hundreds or even thousands. Pricing like this feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. I don’t believe I ever knowingly authorized these extra charges. I’m requesting immediate cancellation and warning others to be extremely careful.

My experience with Trademark Engine has been professional overall. Throughout my trademark application process, I had several questions because the online dashboard, automated emails, and attorney feedback appeared to give conflicting instructions regarding an attorney consultation. I reached out to customer support multiple times, and each representative responded professionally and took the time to explain the process. During my most recent conversation, the representative reviewed my account and confirmed that there is currently nothing further required on my end and that I simply need to wait until the attorney contacts me if additional information is needed. My only recommendation would be to improve communication between the automated system, the online dashboard, and customer support. When different parts of the system appear to contradict one another, it can create unnecessary confusion for customers. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and look forward to completing the trademark registration process.

I like Trademark Engine's product idea and the execution and have perhaps 10 or more trademarks registered with them. However, they have a very deceptive billing practice where they charge you $200 for a monthly trademark monitoring service that you don't actually consent to. Apparently they sneak it into the consent form. They have done this to me so many times, and every time we have to wrangle with their inept customer service to get it refunded. If it weren't for the fact that I don't think there is another service, and the amount of hassle it would take, I would move to another service. Very deceptive. Low trust. If they'd fix this issue then their product would be perfect.
