Otter has been our middleware to integrate DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub for our 12 restaurants since we started third party delivery in 2020. We found them to be the most consistent, with very little order injection issues. Celine M is awesome. Thorough in her work and a great attitude. Eden A rocks too!

Francis and Eden were the best and most patient explaining the process as well as how their system works. They verified all the info and menus were accurate which is very important starting out something new for staff. They went above and beyond to ensure the best experience, which was a lengthy process only due to signing up 5 locations at once. Amazing and had streamlined my orders to reduce mistakes or missed orders. Highly recommend
