Glasses great, poor customer service
Wherelight's products are great. I would highly recommend their glasses and I would give 5 stars if the rating was solely based on the glasses. However, customer service is not good nor helpful at all if you reach out for assistance. If I was rating their customer service, I would give it 2 stars but their glasses are so nice I don't want to leave a poor rating that might discourage others from shopping there. Twice I asked for assistance with orders I placed and I was dismissed. In the 2nd instance, I used their promo code to get 3 pairs of glasses for $169, "pay3." I saw immediately after placing my order they had a code on their website to get 3 pairs of glasses "any3" for $40 less, $129 vs $169. I contacted customer service sending a screenshot of the "any3" for $129 requesting to get the lower price they had advertised. The response read verbatum "We have checked your order and we are sorry to tell you that you filled code Pay3, not code any3. So the discount is incorrect." They clearly do not prioritize customer service. If feeling like a valued respected customer is not something that is important to you, then it's not a big deal. As I said, it's a great website to get some very nice glasses.

I took a chance and SO GLAD I DID! These are exactly what I was looking for and they arrived in two weeks. I wanted a nice pair of reading glasses and these are very well made, super comfortable and the prescription is bang on. They included silicone comfort pads for the bridge, a cloth storage pouch and a mini screwdriver should I need to tighten the screws at some point. The gold on the hinges is more of a muted gold/platinum and is very classy. I ordered a blue pair which has black hinges and will swap them out for my next pair which I will be ordering with a proper prescription for progressive lenses once I have an eye exam. Thank you so much - excellent all around!

I ordered 2 pairs of the same frame. 1 pair for the computer the other with the transitional lenses. The transitional lenses do not work. They do not turn the blue that I picked. I'm waiting to hear from customer service. After purchasing over. 8 pairs with them I'm hoping their customer service is just as great as their glasses.

As long as you have your prescription the process is easy peezy you just type in the information after you pick the frame of your liking. Plus my prescription frames came before the date that they said they would be arriving

This is where I get all my glasses from. They've got something for everyone! I have gotten many pairs and am happy with them all!! My only thing is the trabsit time and lack of visibility of them moving through the transportation portion could be better
Awesome glasses, takes forever to get them
I love the glasses. Got two pairs with progressive and photochromic lenses. They are stylish, and I get a lot of compliments. Paid under $100 for two pairs without insurance. The order took forever, though. I waited almost a month for the glasses, even though I paid for expedited shipping. They gave me 30% off as compensation for the delay. But the 30% are only valid on a future order, not on the order I waited for forever. And I don't plan on ordering there again.
