Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally rich flavor, smooth texture, and remarkably elegant presentation of the artisanal chocolates frequently received as wonderful holiday gifts. Many people also appreciate the remarkably smooth online ordering process, exceptionally helpful customer support teams, and wonderfully prompt international delivery service. However, some people mentioned frustrating issues with delivery delays that unfortunately caused parcels to arrive well after important seasonal holidays and special occasions. Some consumers also noted that navigating customs procedures, tracking down shipping status updates, or managing strict carrier signature requirements could occasionally prove to be a real struggle.

This gift was a step-up for me as the chocolates are pricey … but it was to be Valentine’s Day. I’ve never ventured to French confections before but this will be our 10th together and I wanted something amazing. The choices are many in this field but the review, and my husbands tastes, steered me to Zchocolates and it was a lovely choice. I noted the package arrived on time, which was the day before Valentine’s Day and while it didn’t arrive in cold-packs, the box was definitely chilled. The chocolates are tiny, almost small enough to be consumed while … almost but they are beautifully and carefully packed. My husband said these were the best chocolates he has ever had, and I agree. The flavors are balanced and subtle and lingers on your palate. Just delicious. This is a treat I will repeat.

This was overrated it didn’t even taste that good. Regular grocery store chocolate tastes better than this chocolate. Very disappointing, I was mocked by the recipient for paying this much for a chocolate like that didn’t even taste special….
I am truly sorry to hear that our chocolates did not meet your expectations and that they were not enjoyed as you had hoped. I sincerely regret your disappointment. All of our recipes are thoughtfully created in collaboration with our Master Chocolatier, a World Champion, with the aim of offering refined and indulgent flavors. That said, we fully understand that taste is very personal, and it is possible that the few varieties you sampled simply did not match your preferences. We would have loved for you to discover a broader selection of our creations, as each recipe offers its own unique tasting experience. I have also contacted you personally to discuss this with you and to better understand your experience. Please know that we genuinely value your feedback, and we are truly sorry that this experience did not reflect the level of pleasure we strive to provide.
